2 whopper jrs... 1st the size is ridiculous. (BIDENOMICS) then extra pickles? An additional $.30 cents... 1st time that Ever happened... No, further comment! BK uuuuuggggghhhhhh

Had the Mushroom melt....no more. No Hardee's near here but...if you try the Hardee's mushroom Swiss burger....you won't eat the BK again. Not only twice the size of BK's, but better tasting and ...AND...less money or similar depending on the location. The BK's??? The bun or bread or Texas toast is three forths of the sandwich! Mostly bread! And the meal? Pictures show...meal.$8.69...meal...drink and fries.
$8.69 for a meal...drink and fries and yet we were charged 2 bucks more. Ordered 2 Melts....meal ..just the burger is $4 something. Meal is $8.69. charged $1.00 more for the drink.
Asked the clerk why??? Didn't get a response...clerk was not "happy" to give an answer.
I'm harping on the $8.69 shown price for the meal... picture shows drink and fries. Not $8.69...$9.69.

I would order the sausage egg and cheese croissants but lately the sandwich seems to increase in size the crossiant bread maybe has to much yeast in it. Sometimes if I don't eat it until the next morning it becomes the size of a big mac .
The morning staff is great especially the drive thru. They are fast and friendly and very empathetic. The staff at night is a hole other ball game they are nasty and lazy they dont be busy but they always messing up orders as if they have so many people to tend to. After my third visit to this location I decided to stop going because of the night staff plus they always have a attitude maybe they need to take notes from the morning staff on how to acquire work ethics because they lack that in so many ways I gave 1 star to everything

Ordered food and I asked the driver to hand the food to me ,but instead he left the food on the ground outside and took a picture of it on the ground. I seen him on camera and I asked him why didn’t he follow directions and he proceeded to be rude and disrespectful

On Sunday 7/7/24 around 1:OO, I walk toward the front register to find myself standing there for quite some time while the employees just look at me, but don't say "hello" or "we will be right with you". Finally... somebody took my order and sends me home with the completely wrong order even though the recipe on the bag reads correct. I drive back from home to show them and they expressed zero empathy or concern. Hiring people who actually care and can smile goes a long way for a business. These employees lack that.

I placed a pickup order for breakfast on Saturday morning. I was there before 8AM. There was no traffic on the roads and little business being done yet at this Burger King. It took them way to long locate my online order.
I pulled forward to the infamous second window and was handed my food almost immediately. I am so glad I decided to eat before starting to drive. I pulled ahead and parked. I unwrapped my Ham, Egg and Cheese Biscuit sandwich. There was a lot of cheese. I took one bite. Something was wrong. NO Ham! I peeled the top back to verify that there wasn’t any ham. None! Then I double checked the Burger King App. Sure enough, my receipt showed that I ordered it with HAM.
I went inside and showed it to the manager. He took it from me. He did NOT apologize. He said absolutely nothing to me. I could tell by his actions that he was talking to the “cook” and that the problem would be fixed.
Within a few minutes the correct item was handed to me. We are all human. However, when a mistake is made that inconveniences a customer an apology is in order.
What if I had driven off instead of parking? I would have been stuck with the wrong order. This would have been totally unacceptable.

Drive-through order and pickup: tonight the service was too slow. For what it is, fast food, the Impossible Burger was good and well prepared.
