If I could give this place a 0 I would. This is one of the worst BK’s I’ve ever been to. The franchise owner should be ashamed of themselves for this horrible set up. One girl working by herself at 6:30 at night. Place is disgusting, hope the healthy department shuts them down and fines the owner a lot. Avoid this one at all cost unless you want to wait a long time for mediocre food when McDonalds is right across the street

Only burger King in my area and every single time my husband or I go there they mess up the order and even when we tell them they mess it up they say act like fixed it and still wrong as well as customer service is so rude! And their prices are higher then other burger kings. Never been so disappointed with a fast food place as this location.

The customer service at this location is completely lacking. With no one else in line, you have to wait to place your order, as well as to receive it. Your meal is thrown at you with no acknowledgement. You are treated as if you received your meal free rather than having paid for it! The food is cold when received.This only got 1 star because I couldn't give review with no star.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Burger King. After placing an order through the Burger King app, I was denied the option to add onion rings upon arrival. The staff claimed they were too busy, even though the drive-through was empty. At the window, the employee was rude and refused to adjust my order. Additionally, my food was served cold. This visit was unsatisfactory, leaving me feeling unwelcome and unhappy with the service and food quality.
