What burger place doesnt replace your order when you call it in the next day with photos of the messed up order and a receipt? Talking about you can refund me two dollars for the bacon but cant make my order right because I didn’t come back at 2 in the morning? You just lost a customer forever because you couldn’t fix a mistake that would have cost you guys nothing. Mid burger, absolutely garbage service.

The man working today, November 16th, at 11:36 pm is incredibly rude! I had to repeat the order four times... When I got to the window, he asked me if I didn't speak English. 😡 His comment was very inappropriate!! 100% Derogatory.

I’m really not one to complain honestly. I know we have our days I get it. But stay home. If you’re gonna be rude and give the wrong thing. Distress at home. I ordered medium meal and got size small fries and drink. Was side bar talking with other employee when requesting for some sauce. And mind you an order I placed beforehand and still had to wait almost 10 minutes at the window additionally for my order as well. I barely come to checkers and don’t expect much but at the very least $0 to have decent customer service skills.
