They don’t know what they’re doing at night. I ordered Cheesecake sundae and they were acting like they forgot it but the meanwhile I seen the guy gave it to him and he put it aside so he can try to keep it for himself. Meanwhile, I usually try to Uber eats from this location, but I never can ever receive my food. Bad service bad customer service bad overall everything they don’t even use their gloves when they’re frying food this place needs to get looked at by the food, bureaus and investigation.

The service at this location was surprisingly exceptional. We ordered 14 burgers, several with modifications. They got everything right and only about 10 minutes. I wish the Checkers near my house functioned at this level!

The manager on duty was very rude and when I explained that the food was over cooked and my child couldn’t eat it she snatched the bag with an attitude. Then to top it off got my second order wrong. I will not come back to this location with these employees still working here. They are very unprofessional and rude.

I give them a one because the cashier gets rude where she don’t know how to use your points from their app system to get free items or a discounted items what is the purpose of having the app if their employees don’t know how to use it when the customers come to use it
This the second time I ordered door dash with them and my order was messed up, had 3 meals from the 1 large big Buford , 1 medium big Buford , and 1 large baconator. We received our fries the drinks were all medium and we didn’t get our burgers. Worst ever, last time the sent the wrong drink. This place is not good with sending correct orders through door dash
