I door dashed some food and it was beyond disgusting. The meat was hard as nails and the food was so spicy and the portions were all off. I spent the morning vomiting it up. I am so sick I think I have food poisoning. I’m angry and upset I spent over 50$ on food I just threw away. Never again for me.

I would like to share my recent experience at Chipotle. I regularly visit this location, often ordering a cheese quesadilla with chicken, rice, and peas.
However, during my latest visit, I was informed by a man claiming to be the general manager by the name of Steven at the chipotle located in Margate. He told me that I would need to pay $1.60 for a the tomato on the side after I had already purchased two meal for my daughters. I told him that I purchase here everyday and I never had someone asking me to pay for extra tomatoes, I even told him yesterday I purchase the same things for my daughters and He told me that yesterday He wasn't here and from now on I would have to pay for it. This policy feels unexpected and disappointed me, as l have been a loyal customer. If such charges for small items, like tomatoes, are enforced by the management, I may reconsider my frequent visits to chipotle. #bringbackthefreetomotoes.

I’ve had pretty much everything at that location either dine in or delivery the food always taste fresh, the staff is polite although it tend to get very busy at times they still make sure you don’t wait too long. They are doing an amazing job maybe try not go around rush hour time you will be fine.

I recently visited Chipotle and ordered three bowls for myself and my kids, along with three water cups. While serving one of my kids, an employee named Asia mentioned that I couldn’t fill the water cup with juice. I asked how much it would cost to upgrade to a regular cup, and she said it would be about two dollars. I had no problem paying the extra cost, especially after already spending $47 on my meal. However, her demeanor throughout the interaction was rude and hostile.

When I went to pay for the cups, I asked the cashier for the corporate number and Asia's name. At that point, Asia interjected and asked why I needed to speak to corporate. I explained that she had been rude and unprofessional when I was at the drink fountain, and I didn’t want to continue discussing it with her in front of other customers. Instead of de-escalating, Asia continued to engage with me, and after I asked again for her name and the corporate number, she threw the card at me and told me to "call whoever," making the situation worse.

This experience was extremely disheartening, and Asia's behavior was unprofessional. I believe this incident should be addressed, as her actions were completely inappropriate for someone in a customer-facing role.

The drive through pickup is run horribly. I waited nearly 30 minutes just to pickup my order. This is not the first I had a long but was certainly the longest. My food was cold by the time I got my order. Totally unacceptable.

My fiancé and I went there last night for a last minute dinner, keep in mind that we just got off work. However, when we arrived the place was busy, the lines were long, which we understand, and the workers were working hard to assist everyone as quickly as possible. Although during this chaotic period of time sanitation did not seem to be a high priority, plates were passing by touching food that was on the counter. My attention was drawn to the young woman who was cleaning the counter, removing the spilled food, and then using the same gloves to serve other people's meals. I was very disappointed at this point that my fiancé had to request that the gloves be changed. I was very disgusted at this point. She did so without hesitation, but more assistance is needed.
