The cashier who was bagging food was literally flossing his teeth with a plastic flosser as he was bagging my food and ringing it up.

Stingy , rude , miserable employees

I am editing this previously 5 star review due to a recent experience I had here. Everything I said still applies to all staff in there except one. Which unfortunately is all it takes to turn a once great experience sour. I came in 2 hours before closing, the young red headed man making my bowl was extremely sweet but when it came to the guy at checkout.. not so much. I asked the gentleman who originally took my order if they had any chips left, he asked his coworker who replied in a very annoyed tone “only for online orders” he then proceeded to ring us up with the same attitude, I felt like an inconvenience not a customer. Even the red headed man who just took our order was looking at him in confusion. I get we all have those days but to be so blatantly rude for no reason, it made me uncomfy. I also want to add limiting certain foods for “online orders only” is pretty insane, but maybe I just don’t know how chipotle works. Maybe I should preorder my chips on the app before arriving. Now I know next time. Leaving my previous review here still for reference.

I have a chipotle that’s closer to my house and I drive out of my way to come to this one! Service is always A1 the team always stays on top of getting the line out as fast and efficiently as possible. My favorite location hands down. They all need a raise.

Uber delivery factory. Walk in orders are left with less options and an extremely rude cashier. The cashier on February 17, 2026 PM needs to be investigated. I am filing a chargeback with my bank due to poor food and poor cashier service.

The service from the food servers is terrible; they are rude.
They served me beans scraped from the bottom of the pan, barely anything, and only half a portion. When I asked if there was more, they said no.
On the other hand, the staff at the register, especially the cashiers, were very kind and attentive.

I can also make a shorter, punchy version suitable for a review if you want. Do you want me to do that?

There’s always an issue with food here. Recently got a burrito & chips… Tortilla STALE! Chips STALE! Taste and portion off. Who knows what else is stale or expiring! Stomach always messed up after eating at this location. Get it together!
