Just had a situation with the manager where my double stack burger only came with one patty. I went to the front where I felt I wasnât being believed, I was offered to fix the already cold single burger that I had already handled. I then felt uncomfortable when I refused to have the burger corrected, the manager then seemed to be upset and told me that I was not getting a free burger. I then asked him to hand be the new double burger and I would hand him the original burger. He appeared to be very upset so when he turned to ask for the new burger I felt like I was in the movie âWaitingâ with Ryan Reynolds.
Once that feeling hit me I told them I would be okay and keep the burger I had. I then went to my seat feeling very uncomfortable, telling my daughter letâs get out of here. The manger comes around the corner with a new double burger, but he made me feel so uncomfortable we got up and left very quickly.
Iâve eaten here, take out, a couple times and the food is great. So after a long day of soccer with my daughter I thought to bring her here and see what it was like inside and relax. I sure feel like I made a mistake.
We will not be back.

Culverâs offers a surprisingly authentic take on fish and chips that reminds us of the flavours back home in the UKâcrispy batter and flaky fish, just like it should be! However, the coleslaw was a bit too sweet for our taste and could use a little more tang or seasoning to balance the meal. The bottomless soda is a nice touch, and the frozen custard is, of course, a standout treatâcreamy, rich, and delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the visit even better. Overall, a solid spot for a comforting meal.Oh and turn down the air con! Itâs warmer outside ! It freezes the food!
