Most of the employees work very hard, but the few that were not working held everything back. Long wait times, some were waiting soo long they wanted a refund. A few of them were talking about things that were not related to work while working. Orders were piling up, hurting the other employees and customers. I dropped by because most of the time I order through DoorDash and for some reason, they always forget my drink my shake almost every time, now I know why. Solve that problem and you will continue to grow. 99% of the employees that were working could only look at the damage. The few are doing.

Ordered online, pulled up to curbside, waited 15 minutes and no one ever came out so I went inside and my food was just sitting on the shelf. It wasn’t busy. Food was cold and stale 🤢

I was excited to try them with all the hype busy was totally dispointed. I Had a double cheese burger just ok nothing great like all fast food maybe a little bit better but they all basically the same nothing great at all.Bug and thick and juicy burgers are better then thin smashed dry burgers new all ways isn't better at all. Burgers at a dinner are better also 5 Guys and Charhutt fudrutgers or make it on a pan or Bq is much better flavor juicy not dry no flavor .

Food is always great. Staff is kind of bla… same experience every time. Slow at getting food out, and when they forget to put the onions on everyone is almost done eating before they bring the onions. There is never a sense of urgency!!!!

Used the drive through this afternoon. Ordered a cod sandwich, onion rings and a peach shake. Service was slow and fish sandwich was Luke warm. I ate a few bites and threw it away. This is not my usual location and definitely won't return to that one again.
I love the food 2nd time I eat from there specially the soup chili one was amazing

Amiah is one of the nicest people I have encountered at this specific location. She was attentive and even mad small talk and wish us a great rest of our day. Previously I had a terrible experience where the person who took my order in the drive thru listened to me say Atlantic Cod sandwich meal (plain), and proceeded to charge me for a chicken sandwich meal. With the pricing being similar I didn’t notice since a receipt wasn’t given and the food was brought out and was wrong I sent it back expressing what it should’ve been and it was still brought back incorrectly with toppings (lettuce, cheese, tartar sauce) and no fries. It was once again brought back as just fries this time, with no sandwich. Finally after telling them the 3rd time, the order was fulfilled correctly after waiting 30-40 minutes parked.
I think this location has a lot of younger kids working who tend to talk amongst one another instead of tending and listening to the customers needs. I get it who doesn’t want to have fun at work and socialize, but when it comes at the cost of upsetting customers there has to be a balance.
