So this is my third time coming to this restaurant asking for spaghetti, I always calls in advance to pick up and let me mention I live 15 mins everyone I get there there is the waitress that I always encounter that tell me there is no more spaghetti and best believe she is the one that answer the phone call . I’m convince she is eating it in the back room. Gas is expensive and for the restaurant to tell me there is food when they’re is isn’t . Is bad customer .
I want to speak the owner to ask why is this acceptable in this establishment.

They take time with orders even if they say it will take 15 minutes you will wait up to 40 minutes and then the customer service is bad I have the impression that they do not have enough employees to serve the number of customers

Delicious is one of my favorites restaurants in Broward County. The food is excellent. The drinks are delicious. The ambience is Immaculate specially on the weekends when I go out with my Home girls my colleagues at work always orders from delicious they’re Jamaican and they love Haitian food And delicious one of their favorite restaurants. I was kind of surprised That they would take 20 minutes out of their lunch breaks just to drive to the restaurant, but that’s what happens when the food Exquisite and don’t get me started on the atmosphere. You’d have to come on a Saturday night and see for yourself.🥰….

Service was amazing. I enjoyed my griot complet with salad and a water at the bar. Every bite was perfect. The music was a nice touch.

When you have a special it's better to say a time than just to tell people it's for 3 hrs. The lack of common sense is beyond inferiorating.. Also, the food is good, but all the plates are not worth $20. Do better with prices and servicing. Makes no sense to charge people that much money. Greed and selfishness does not Create generational wealth. Be more reasonable. Before you have the state coming in every week to do routine checkups. And the IRS as well.

I had the griot n turkey. Very good, flavor was outstanding. Slow service like all carribean places LOL so im used to it now but go during peak hours and days so u know your food is fresh.

Please just work on the service for dine-ins, I know we have take out culture where most of the restaurants are take and go but if you offer dine in services then it must be good also.

Food was okay, but the service was TERRIBLE.
I rarely leave reviews but this was just unbelievable. I wasn’t greeted when I arrived, so I seated myself and waited a while before anyone acknowledged me. When the server finally came over, she just took my order and walked away — no greeting or interaction. Water took 15 minutes to arrive, and when the food came, it was served without utensils. I also ordered a sour soup juice, and it was spoiled.

To top it off, when I paid, the server took the payment and walked away without even saying thank you or goodbye.

Very disappointing overall. Management seriously needs to step up — poor service like this takes away from what could have been a decent dining experience. 🤦🏾‍♀️

The food is great! They just need to improve customer service skills at the counter. However, the guy at the counter is really friendly, though—he always has a smile on his face. I recommend ordering ahead of time, as the wait can be long. That said, I like that the food is made fresh and not sitting around all day, so I don’t mind the wait.
