Always on time, always fresh. I have had several meetings this month and everyone loved their food.

We don’t usually write reviews but felt this situation deserved special attention. We placed an order for lunch for 35 people as a gift to one of our clients. 48 hours prior to the luncheon we wanted to make some changes in the menu and upgrade the $ amount. We were told they wouldn’t accommodate us because they already had bought the food. We explained we wanted to upgrade our menu. If they weren’t able to do, then we would cancel and our credit card company would understand. They agreed to change the menu and confirmed they would deliver on the said day and time. When the day came, the food was never delivered and we were told that their Captain thought it was cancelled. We were not only embarrassed by this situation with our client to add salt to the wound, this catering company’s response was: We do $3.5M per year in sales, we don't need accounts that threaten us and show an obvious lack of consideration for our work.Given that response, make your own decision on whether to hire this kind of behavior and TERRIBLE customer service.

The Door2Door Team did an incredible job with catering our wedding!We owe them a huge thank you for everything their team did, through the planning phase and at our wedding. The owner, George, and the head chef, went out of their way to make sure we had our Haitian Pork and Rice for our wedding, which was a really meaningful thing for us to incorporate into our wedding. Our wedding was the first time that many of my family members got to try Haitian food and experience a little bit of my husband's Haitian culture. The food was absolutely incredible and we are still receiving wonderful reviews of the food. Our guests were blown away by how good the food was.Additionally, the waitstaff provided by Door2Door were incredibly professional and friendly. They did so much work that day and were kept very busy, yet everyone had a smile on their face and was so attentive. Also, all of our dishes were cleaned and packed and put on the delivery truck in time as requested.Door2Door not only provided us with exceptional food, but wonderful service as well as a price that we were able to afford. The price point was incredibly competitive with other caterers in the area and allowed us extra room in our budget without sacrificing quality.Thank you Door2Door, so very much for everything.
