Honestly I have no energy to even go back and get the correct order so here I am writing this review.
I ordered a brisket hash brown and got a bacon egg and cheese bagel?? Bruh..
I find out about this after 20 minutes once I was able to park..
Also, The staff at this location were unfriendly and unwelcoming. They don’t even have any basic customer service, such as saying “hello”.

this place sucks they put hair in my food and they were rude asf my drink tasted dirty and my food had long ass hair in it don’t eat here yall they gon poison you, zoom into the photo you can see the long ass hair in it. only in margate u see ts

This employee is extremely rude she constantly has an attitude in the morning her name is Camile. This morning I came into the store with my 3 year old son and she felt the need to walk up to my son and I and say if you leave napkins on the floor don’t come back into this store.
I used to bring my son into this location every morning to eat breakfast but now I will choose another location because of her constant attitude and general rudeness. You don’t confront customers with attitude customers who come in every morning and spend their money in the store.

Don't know what's going on at this location but it's not consistent. They don't listen at the speaker and ask you 3 times what you ordered. Got the completely wrong coffee the other day and had to go back, then got a bagel with barely any cream cheese today as 4 employees stood around talking. Please do better.
Update: got a bagel with a full grown hair in it. Always check your food! Gross!

I go here every morning and I can honestly say that I love their morning staff. I might be mistaken but I think that they have a Jamaican lady as their morning supervisor and she does a phenomenal job along with her team she normally works with. Once they leave for the day , the service leaves with them. I learned the hard way. lol Kudos to the morning crew :)

Completely Horrid Service by Jhacari this store needs to be shut down management is horrible mess up orders and have people waiting on the side of the road so they don’t mess up their timer corporate needs to investigate
