I want to start off by saying I go to Dunkin donuts all the time by my house in plantation. My wife had a doctor's appointment so I'm at a different location I needed to kill some time so I ordered a coffee and two plain donut Styx. The total of $7.23 I gave him $10 and said keep the change. Never got a thank you a smile or an acknowledgment of any kind. I pull around the corner and take one ship off the coffee and you can tell it had been sitting all day it wasn't hot and it was some grains in there. And the donuts were two different kinds. So I went back told him I had ordered plain donuts and he said we don't have any. So I selected something else and had to wait for a coffee to brew because I had obviously got the last cup that was nasty. Not once did the sky smile apologize or thank me. Dislocation needs some serious management.

We ordered my daughter a cookie butter latte. And they just gave me an iced coffee and I said where is the cold foam in the cookie crumble and the manager told me next time she’s gonna have to charge me for it. The signature lattes come with the cold from the whipped cream and the cookie crumble. It looks just like the pitcher but they just wanted to give me a iced coffee and argue with me about how next time they’re gonna charge me for cold foam so I will not be going here anymore.

I swear I hate this Dunkin so much. Today really is my last straw with this dirty, rude, and incompetent establishment. People spend their hard earned money for them to be okay with giving you anything. And will beat you mad when you ask them to correct the mistakes they make. Today was my last day giving them my money.

Normally they treat me good, but today they didn't take care of me at all(they served black customers that came in before/after me)for half an hour. I don't understand why, I'm always a polite & uncomplaining customer. All I usually get is a medium hot coffee/donuts. Is it something about me being white? I guess I have to go to the DD on Atlantic now, although it is farther away.

Attitude defines a business, and unfortunately, my recent experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts proved that point. I only stopped in because it was within walking distance, but it will definitely be my last visit.
I asked for a cup of hot water and noticed I was being charged. When I inquired, the manager confirmed there is a fee for the cup. I mentioned that Starbucks does not charge for this, and an employee, Ms. Najeebah, rudely blurted out, “We are not Starbucks.”
She was absolutely right—Dunkin’ is not Starbucks. But it’s precisely that kind of attitude that shows why the customer experience at Dunkin’ will never compare. Good customer service, humility, and respect go a long way, and those qualities were missing here.
To be fair, the manager did handle the situation appropriately by saying I could have it this time but that in the future there would be a charge. That would have been fine if it ended there. Unfortunately, the employee’s unnecessary rudeness left a lasting negative impression.
Because of this encounter, I won’t return to this store—and truthfully, I don’t care much for the chain in general. Perhaps I might have given it another chance, but the lack of professionalism made the decision easy.
If I could give negative stars I would.

Best Dunkin I have ever had. Ordered spontaneously today by chance and happy I did. Chicken bacon sandwich was perfectly toasted, cheese melted and right portions. The drink was also made with love. Thank you.

I never experienced so bad service just for a medium-sized coffee, I asked for a simple order of medium coffee, and I had to wait more than 8 or 10 minutes, and the place was almost empty and this person was walking around doing i don't what. I'm got to the point i had to ask for my coffee, and he came back with a small coffee after waiting so long . Bad bad service
Najeebah made my coffee so perfectly. I love it here . The atmosphere is great the place is clean and spaced out . Really therapeutic 😌 ✨️
