Ghetto. Employees don’t speak when you come in. Just look at you and keep working until someone decides to take your order. Ordered a matcha frozen and there were green hard balls in it as if the powder has been sitting for a while. Employee tried to argue with me about it. Powder is supposed to be fully mixed with the liquid. Common knowledge. Got my refund and left. Will not come back.

After she was done she started handing the food again. She never changed her gloves…

This is getting to be a trend in Broward County... Few months ago I went to Probably 4 separate locations in a row. Looking for Vietnamese coffee that I can get in West Palm Beach. Nobody had it and 2 locations were closed because of lack of help.. Today in the rain at 2:30 in the Afternoon want to two locations one the front doors locked The second location had one single pumpkin muffin other than corn and received an attitude.

I'm not sure if my experience will be read or not but, my experience this morning was horrible. I ordered via drive thru, was asked to wait in front for the order. Half my order was brought out to me. I waited and continued to wait parked in front of the building for the other items. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I ended up going back through the drive through to get the other half of the order. I was given half of the other half of the order and told AGAIN to park in the front of the building for the remaining item. Several cars then received the same directive. Now cars are literally piled up in the front waiting on orders. Why? And the young man at the window with the ponytail responded as though HE was being bothered for being required to do his job. I'm not sure if the workers on staff this morning were new or just lacked efficiency. Which ever it was, it needs WORK. You don't go through the drive thru to have to wait like a patron that is seated inside. Very disappointed.

When I first started getting my morning coffee & breakfast from this location, both the iced coffee and the wrap would be really good. However the coffee that I've been getting has tasted different, not necessarily horrible, but I can hardly taste the flavors that I get in it. The service here is mediocre at best...some of the staff is nice but the woman at the window today, who was also at the window yesterday, kinda rushed me forward to wait for my wrap (I had placed a mobile order shortly before getting there.) She said the same thing to me today as she did yesterday, in kind of a rude tone, "Pull forward it's not ready yet." There was no one behind me, and again, she had rushed me as if she wanted to get me out of the way.Main thing is the coffee though, as I mentioned already. I can hardly taste the flavors like I used to before and it just tastes watery.Not sure how it changed since i first started ordering from here, but it's Def been disappointing.

The drive thru lady had a horrible attitude, she was rude and very unprofessional, they got two of our drinks wrong and then when we got the right ones they tasted like iced water, the staff was complaining a lot and the whole experience was just very poor, will not be coming to this dunkin again
