It is unfortunate that my experience at this establishment was not a positive one, but after reading previous reviews, I am not surprised. It seems as though the company hires young individuals with little to no training or social skills to serve customers. Even when these concerns are brought to headquarters, they do very little to remedy the situation since these stores are franchises. Even ordering through the drive-thru did not save me from receiving an attitude and a middle finger as a "thank you." It is disappointing that the staff's behavior can give a bad reputation to an otherwise well-known company, which is likely one of the reasons why Starbucks is still ranking high in sales.

honestly this dunkin tries me every day and i keep coming back because its not that serious. but my camel’s back broke when they tried closing the window on me without telling me they had no donuts even tho i mobile ordered 25 munchkins. i did order them a lil late. like 8:35, they close at 9. i get it. but close the window? and i cant even get a refund? sheesh. i probably will be back but damn. how does dunkin donut not have any donuts? i just wanted some donuts to eat while i watch this donut king documentary.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I placed the order and reiterated three times that I needed EXTRA cream cheese on the side for the bagel. I received my order and the extra cream cheese is missing, I explained to the lady preparing the food that the cream cheese was missing and she said you didn’t pay for it and turned around, as rude as she could be, and returned to her food prep. The problem here is the owners, no management at the store and this is they type of customer service you end up with - clearly the employee doesn’t enjoy her job and ends up expressing this to the customers - better to avoid this location - I certainly will.

Went threw the drive threw today about 10:15 am 6/29 Saturday had the cashier at window didn't say hello or thank you didn't even acknowledge you at all very rude management. should do something. Very unfriendly and rude. Also order was messed up.if you wanna get rid of customers permanently keep that lady hired .

They do not provide any trash cans at the drive through, when ask the attendant for a trash can he said throw it on the floor, if you keep your public space dirty, I now wonder about the kitchen where food is prepared.

Just received my order and when I opened the bag,the coffee cup lid was flipped upside down.I took the cup out of the bag and it was wet as well as the rest of my order. Whomever packaged the order did not secure the coffee cup lid to the coffee cup. I threw out the coffee because I couldn't be sure it wasn't tampered with.
