I am very disappointed I went to this location at 9:00am this morning and and young man took my order outside he was very nice but when I got to the window to get my order I asked for a straw and the other guy working the window was very rude he told me why was I asking for a straw I don’t have an ice coffee and I am trying to figure out weather ice or hot if I needed a straw provide me with one I stopped going to this location before because he was the same guy who got an attitude because he tried to short me on my change and he got upset I noticed it like I enjoy all the other employees at this location but this young man is definitely going to have me change locations for sure.

This DD has to be the most un organized DD in Broward! I have been going their for 3 weeks not once have they got my order correct NOT ONCE! Bad attitude and horrible service how can you get my order wrong every time. Not a good place they need to re group.

I love Dunkin and I love the coffee the most, the problem is at this location every worker always has some kind of attitude, which isn’t even the problem, what bothers me is that they don’t do what I ask for. I always get a caramel iced coffee, when they ask me if I want cream and sugar I said yes but pleaseeee mix it well bc everytime I take my first sip, I get a mouthful of sugar, and I’m crunching on sugar. They decide when to listen and when to not. I have to start going to a new location because of how repetitive this is, it’s not that hard! I just don’t want a mouthful of sugar, if other Dunkin’s can do it why can’t you?

Very misleading schedule says they are open till 9pm I arrived there at 8:37pm and employee says they are closed, when I said online says you guys are open till 9pm he said it was to clean up. He was rude about it as well. Looking thru the comments on this DD not surprised they have negative reviews.

Very rude employees and Not a friendly environment my daughter wanted to sit down and enjoy her donuts i had to take her out of there as soon as possible as i didn’t feel safe sitting inside where the employee was very rude and there was a drunk man sitting on the tables outside drinking I don’t recommend this location at all
