Shout out to El Balcón de las Américas and especially Robert for the amazing service! He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was great, and the customer service was outstanding. Robert made us feel so welcome and taken care of the whole time. Definitely one of the best experiences — highly recommend! I’ll definitely be coming back.

My family and I went to the Coral Springs branch to celebrate Valentine's Day and our wedding anniversary. Roberto was our server and provided excellent service; he was very courteous and friendly. Both the food and the service were excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We had a lovely Valentine’s Day dinner here! The food was incredible, the drinks were great, and the best part was the live karaoke- wonderful music and vibes. 10/10 we’ll definitely be back here😊!
