I recently ordered subs from this location, and they came out fresh and really well-prepared. I wanted to compliment one of the young gentlemen working there; I didn’t catch his name, but he appeared to be a manager, supervisor, or shift leader.
It seemed like some of the other employees that day may be newer, not so / not as familiar with the menu and customer service, which made the ordering process kind of choppy and awkward. This young man saved the experience. He was very knowledgeable, confident in his role, accommodating to requests and clearly helped guide the others to keep things running on point.
I greatly appreciate seeing that level of work ethic and leadership, especially in younger employees. No matter what job you do in life, do it with pride and care. He deserves recognition—give that man a raise and a promotion !

What a HORRIBLE pastrami sandwich and a WASTE of money $14.49. Pastrami should NOT be rubbery. It should be tender as could be this was the WORST yuck one bite and in the garbage. Thanks for making me WASTE almost $15.00 dollars!!! NEVER, NEVER AGAIN YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was the friendliest staff that we have encountered at a restaurant in a very long time. The customer service standards have definitely been lower in Florida the last few years. Usually, we are lucky if somebody acknowledges us or looks us in the eye. These employees were very friendly and attentive, and made the dining experience a positive one.
Absolutely the rudest people! Not only did they get my order wrong, but when I called back to get it fixed Marie hung up on me and when I called back she sent it to voicemail. Very poor customer service is an indication of the rest of the establishment. Maybe the food isn't clean and the list goes on and on Needless to say I will never order from this store again.

2:30 pm I purchased a Hook and ladder combo and the Mac cheese was cold and not cooked. Unacceptable because i have short lunch and waisted my entire time getting refunded and was told I can't get a refund on the mac & cheese. I will never return.

Download were gonna be there 20 minutes before close and they tell.us sorry you gotta eat outside you can't sit down cause we already cleaned that table loke really we have just enough time to eat cause we had to go catch a movie and we had to eat in the parking lot standing up its ridiculous someone needs to quit ir get fired no good at customer service at all

What makes this restaurant 5 stars is the way the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and their professionalism. In a word or two- amazingly friendly. To sum it up: the food- delicious! The establishment- clean! The staff- EXCELLENT!!!
