Keeping a customer who has ALREADY PAID on hold for 25 MINUTES is crazyyy. I ordered a hook and ladder on my lunch break. I CALLED AHEAD OF TIME and am pretty sure I spoke with the manager. I politely asked if they could be mindful of the water from - I don’t even know where - from making my sandwich soggy. Got a soggy sub before and didn’t complain. Picked most of the bread off n just ate n i wanted to avoid that this time. THERE SHOULD BE NO REASON I PICK MY SANDWICH UP AND WATER LITERALLY SPILLS ONTO MY PLATE AND LAP. NO REASON THERE SHOULD BE A PUDDLE OF WATER UNDER THE SUB. I’m pretty pissed. Good money - wasted. So here’s my wish: when you spend your hard earned firehouse money on breakfast lunch or dinner I hope you have an equally disappointing experience. And I hope that when you try to reach out to resolve the matter, your precious time is wasted on hold by someone who could not care less about your business. Rant over ?

SMALL PORTIONS NOT TO TASTY AND BREAD NOT GREAT OVER PRICED ,PUBLIX MUCH BETTER ALL AROUND AND BETTER PRICE AND BIGGER PORTIONS FOR LESS THEN LASPADAS 2ND CHOICE MUCH BETTER TASTE ALL AROUND .THIS WAS THE ITAILIAN NOT GOOD THERE ARE A FEW THAT ARE BETTER NOT WORTH IT. I THINK QUALITY,FLAVOR,PORTION SIZE CHANGED IT WAS BETTER YEARS AGO.

What a pleasant surprise! I was having my car serviced across the street and I stopped in for a quick bite. The restaurant was very clean, including the bathroom, the customer service was great and the meatball sub was delicious! Hot and fresh! The service person walked around the restaurant, asking people how their lunch was and if they needed anything and she even suggested other menu items to try on the next visit! I will definitely be back! Give this place a try! You won’t be disappointed!

Hey Im officially a Firehouse Sub Fan. Ill never go back to Subway, sorry... not sorry. Haha... but yo the Corn Beef Brisket Sandwich... Superb. I love Corned Beef... not the best meat for you that I know. But, sometimes you gotta throw that out the door. Seriously eat healthy people... and then get the Corned Beef Brisket Sandwich from Firehouse Subs and if you like to add lettuce , tomatoes, and cucumber on top like me... so that you can atleast say to yourself... Yeah I got the corner beef, but atleast I threw some veggies on there youll be probably be surprised that the combination is actually delicous. Oh, and the customer service was great.

My kids and I like this chain, but not all locations are equal. This one was clean, and the staff were on point. Christina was attentive and pleasant to us and others as she took our order and kept the dining area clean. Deshauntae(?), a supervisor, made a helpful suggestion while still attending to his own work. Nothing exciting happened, but I write this review bcz I bashed another location, and this experience by contrast was how it should have been. They deserve to hear that.

The staff were a bunch of crooks. They had a special for two medium subs with drinks and chips, but didn't bother to tell me about the special and rang up two medium subs and one drink for five dollars more than the special that would've given me two drinks and two chips, and they didn't even care. They just smiled and laughed. Don't go to this establishment. Go to others. They are crooks.
