Went to foodtogo mobile truck at the VA clinic in Sunrise. I ordered stew chicken with Mac and cheese. My stew chicken was cut up barbecue chicken with some type of sauce and my mac and cheese was burnt and old. I lived 1.8 miles away and my food was cold.

I had been debating about posting a review but people should know. I ordered snapper from their food truck and it spoiled. I ordered it for someone, I was excited for them to try it. When I got it I thought it was strange that flies were immediately attracted to it. To the point I had to request a bag to tie it up in. I gave it to the fried I ordered it for and they told me it smelt terrible, to the point they had to stop and throw it out because the smell was overpowering in the car. I really wanted to give them a try, my food was good but that snapper that I paid so much for couldn’t even be eaten.

Bought 3 boxes of Jerk Chicken from this food truck at the concert in Tamarac tonight. Chicken undercooked and smelled as though it was spoiled. Would really like a refund, could not eat any of it and risk our health. Thank you

I ordered a snapper this evening from the food truck at the mall & waited forever, while waiting I heard numbers after my ticket number being called for their food. Two times I went to the young lady for an update on my order.
After the third time the cook (not sure if he’s the owner or not) came to me to tell me my order was taken at 7pm & it’s almost 8pm. Not really sure what that has to do with me, thank you for confirming I’ve been waiting almost an hour for my food. He then starts screaming at the young lady taking orders in front of all of us customers. They will not be getting a dime from me again.

They come to Jackson Memorial Hospital every other week. The first time I ate there, they were understaffed waited forever for the food. It wasn't bad. Today attempted to try for the second time and was looking forward to it. I ordered the jerk chicken. It looked great however, after cutting into it I noticed it was undercooked. I went to the side discreetly, and showed the young lady in the front (who was very pleasant). She took one look at it and told me to tell the man who was cooking who I assume is the owner. She even asked if I want them to put it back on the grill. Then he looked and told me that they judge if it's ready by the joint and what I was referring to is moisture🤔. I tried to show him the very red bone in. I want even upset because I know how it is, can happen anywhere. However, he refused to look, told the young lady to refund me and ignored me. Mind you I was trying my best to be discreet, stepping to the side away from other customers there. Needless to say after wasting my lunchtime, I was highly upset. NOT ONE PENNY EVER AGAIN, nor would I recommend to anyone.

Had oaxtails from there and it was nasty . You could still see oil patches in the gravy and rice was dry as hell the meat had no flavor at all. Tried to eat it and get through it but I couldn’t . Waste of 20$

My 1st time having Good2Go was at the AfroCarib fest in Miramar, Fl last yr. Had it again today at an event in Pembroke Pines. The food is always hot, fresh & flavorful! Mr Greg thank u for accommodating me. & thank you for your great customer service. We must always have an attitude of gratitude. I'm very grateful! Blessings 2 u & the staff!!!
Ordered from the food truck at a community event on Sat, June 8, 2024 for Island Groove in the Park. Had jerk pork, rice and peas and sautéed vegetables. The chef is talented and food is overall tasty. There was complimentary sauce to combat some of the pork being dry. Also enjoyed the reggae medley drink — it had at least 53 grams of sugar. A con would be that the food took around 30 minutes for it to be ready.

Places an order for pickup, the order was accepted. I get to the restaurant and it’s completely closed at 8pm on a Saturday when it says they are open until 10. They still charged my card $26. Will never order online with this restaurant

This was the worst service I’ve ever Recieved. I waited on line for 1 hour to Recieve food and when I finally get to the window to order I witnessed the owner himself assault a female and pull out a gun on them after they paid for their food. I’m glad this is an ongoing investigation and I hope the customers get the justice they deserve.
