My family has been coming here for some time. But unfortunately, our last visit here was quite disappointing. We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food, which should have only taken 20 minutes to make. We ordered one Stromboli and a calzone. JR came out and asked who was complaining about the food. I told him that no one was complaining, but we had been waiting for quite some time. He pretty much called me a liar and didn't apologize or offer any type of discount. I asked the waitress if he was drunk.. she said maybe a little. Smh.. food is delicious, but the time management is horrific!

The food is quite delicious, but the staff and the service they provide is very bad. I ordered something with my husband to eat at the place and I don't know how the person who served us understood that she was taking away. When we are sitting at the table waiting, she goes and says that it is difficult for us to eat there since the waitresses have an order and a mechanic, something that I did not understand. I told him no problem then he would give it to me to take away and he said no, it's fine for us to stay. Behind us we saw how she served some Americans totally different from the service she gave us. I was left with no desire to return.

One warning, they don't make pizza. The worst pizza in Florida. Ready-made pasta, supermarket tomato sauce and bad mozzarella. Think of bad food! It literally went in the trash. They use soybean oil! Don't waste your time or money. A frozen pizza from Publix is ​​less bad. I threw $30 in the trash.

After living in FL for 7 yrs & frequently driving past J.R. Pizza Bella Restaurant, we finally decided to give it a try, even though it’s been around since 2011. It’s a small, charming spot that we initially didn’t have high expectations for, as there aren’t many Puerto Rican food options nearby, & sometimes they don’t impress to be honest. But this place is AMAZING! We were blown away by the food.

Though I didn’t capture pics of everything we ordered, we enjoyed alcapurrias, bacalaitos, pastelón, mofongo de pollo, chicken alfredo pasta & of course the pizza. We had to compliment the owner & chef, J.R., on the quality of the food. He’s Puerto Rican & Italian, just like my hubby & kids ???? We knew right away by the taste that he uses high-quality cheese. He sources Bacio brand cheese from a distributor who imports it from Italy.

I’m thrilled we finally dined here—it’s definitely one of our new go-to spots, & it’s only 10 minutes from home. Despite my previous searches for Puerto Rican food in the area, this place never came up. I just have to spread the word about how fantastic the food is. Especially to my fellow Puerto Ricans & Nuyoricans living here, check this place out ASAP! Puerto Rican food & NY style pizza ❤️

Wow!! I have been here several times and the Puerto Rican food is amazing!!! This place has one of the best mofongo in Florida it’s so good. The quality of the food the quantity and the price all is on point very fair. Food also come with a delicious salad they bring out as an appetizer. The owner is so nice always comes around to see how everything is doing. When I call because I’m coming with a big group he always finds a way to accommodate us. The servers are so nice and friendly all the time. The atmosphere is amazing so many cool things around the restaurant. I love this place, I come here 1-2 a month with my family.

If you haven't been here, you're missing out. Both the Italian and Puerto Rican food are amazing, seasoned just right. Serving sizes are greattttt. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the decor is charming. WOW, I'll be back.
