Asked for Pepsi, got diet Pepsi instead. Diet soda tastes weird.
I have given this place so many chances,but the level of unprofessional behavior not acceptable.One of the girls yelled at my mom .I told her the reason that she hasn't progressed at her aged is her bad attitude.The customer service is poor because there or no consequences from their leadership.You call corporate and they don't address the concerns.Stop spending money 🤑 at places that don't value the customer.There are better restaurants

I ordered online. The app was letting me know whether my order was ready. Unfortunately the app is worthless. It said my order wasn’t ready so instead of going inside to pick it up I went through the drive through window. The fiasco started. The employee was unable to understand my name. She went and looked for my order and came back empty handed. I then just handed her my iPhone with the order. Amazingly she found my order. It was completed, contrary to what the app was saying. She proceeded to get my drink, a straw, some wipes and napkins. Unfortunately she did NOT add the ketchup that was requested in the order.
As it turned out, the ketchup was desperately needed because both the potato wedges and the chicken breast sandwich were salty to the point of being inedible on their own. The ketchup would have helped. My drink was gone in no time as I sucked it down to combat the overly salty food. I finally just stopped eating the food when I no longer had any drink left.

Min for the food in the car, they said they would bring it to the car and i go to the window food was ready but never took it to me!! First time and last time there
Twice in a row, same experience, one in the PM another one in the AM, in the drive thru. They asked what I wanted at the call box, only to ask me again at the window. They ask me to pull up, so I am not at the window, presumably because they have timers on how fast they have to get food out. Both times I’ve had to wait 20 plus minutes for food at the parking lot.

This store is poorly attended, poorly managed, its workers are terrible, they serve in a bad mood, the only good thing is the food because it is a recognized franchise, otherwise I would not return to this place.

I ordered through the drive though on my way through town and specifically asked for a regular chicken sandwich. The woman asked , do you want spicy? I said no and again she asked. I said not spicy. I pay, get my sandwich and after I’m long gone I find out its spicy. I then call them and instead of picking up the phone I go to Voicemail. I checked my receipt to make sure that she took the correct order and as you can see from the picture it says classic chicken sandwich. I left a message and no response. I went online and sent them an email and still no response. Terrible customer service and I will be disputing the charge on my credit card and getting my money back

I don’t usually go to that place but it was the only place near me. I ordered fried chicken original recipe with French fries when I got home I saw that they gave me mashed potatoes. Plus, I was the only one in line, so they weren't working under pressure. What if they were? Also the Chicken was very salty. Why ?!

I’m so upset, I don’t normally write reviews, but this experience was so abysmal I feel obligated to warn others. My girlfriend and I ordered our food online and came to pick our food up and the order wasn’t given to us because it didn’t show up in their system, and I wasn’t the only person inside not receiving their order and management was ignoring their customers. I am usually a returning customer HOWEVER even after showing the manager the bank statement and that the order was still active and we waited 15 minutes for our order. It’s the no effort to fix the situation for me, it’s the horrible staff for me, it’s the giving our order away to another customer for me, it’s the everyone dragging their feet and taking forever to make the food for me. As someone who spent years in the food industry, this customer service was the worst display of hospitality and customer service. I rarely leave a place feeling this angry, the lack of empathy, the lack of professionalism and the lack of competence displayed by these individuals will ensure my family and I will not be spending our money somewhere where we are treated like I am a nuisance. Absolutely pitiful experience.
If you want to come eat here be ready not to be served with a smile, be ready to be served with bad attitude, carelessness and questionable management standards.

I highly recommend that this KFC be closed down. The employees are consistently rude, often refusing to take orders as if it's not part of their job. On top of that, they claim to not have chicken available, which is the main item on their menu! The place is also incredibly dirty — it's honestly so off-putting that I couldn’t even consider eating there. I will definitely not be returning to this KFC, and I hope management takes a hard look at these issues and addresses them immediately.
