It was the worst place we ever went false advertising food was old and tuff to eat don't even go don't waste your money I never step in that place again when they brought the bill first thing they asked is a tip didn't give them a penny

I had a really bad experience at KOUYOU Buffet. I got all of my own food, like you do at any buffet, and the only thing the staff did was bring me one drink. When I finished my meal and went up to the register to pay, the woman working there became upset that I didn’t include a tip. She told me I had to leave one before I could leave. I felt completely uncomfortable and pressured. This was not full service dining, and I don’t think it’s fair to force customers to tip when there was barely any service involved. It felt dishonest and aggressive. I won’t be coming back and I suggest others think twice before going. Definitely not worth the stress. One star.

Terrible experience at KOUYOU Buffet. I served myself every single plate just like any normal buffet. The only thing the staff did was bring me one drink. When I went to pay after I was done eating, the woman at the counter got visibly upset because I didn’t want to tip. She actually forced me to tip before I could leave, saying it was required. This is completely unacceptable. Tipping should be optional and based on the level of service provided, not something that is demanded at a self-serve restaurant. I felt pressured, uncomfortable, and taken advantage of. I’ve never been treated like this at any buffet. I will never return and I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for fair treatment. One star.

Very good variety abd relaxing ambiance
Food was not good at all have very few dishes to choose from by far the worst buffet I’ve been to. then they force you to leave a server tip $10 is the lowest.. why would I want to tip when the food was bad straight rip off never coming back

Wheelchair accessibility: Haven’t seen anyone in a wheelchair here, however there’s parking in the front designated for wheelchair along with proper access. Lots of space for a wheelchair to easily move around and access the food. Tables are also well spaced.

Absolutely wonderful service. Food was excellent. I drive from Boynton Beach to go there and glad I do every time.

All food is delicious, good atmosphere, not noisy, but 2 hours before closing, not all items were added. Where there was sweet, there were no tasty positions. And one of the people tasted it right next to the counter with cupcakes and left it like that and no one took it away 😄

There's something wrong with the sushi at this place. I've had many good experiences here, but I've gotten sick at least 4 times going here. I thought they were just flukes. I'd have some diarrhea or something and that'd be that. But I had one of the worst reactions after eating here in Monday. The day after started with two sudden and violent urges to defecate, followed by chills, joint pain, dizziness, headache, nausea, etc that lasted all the way from 7PM Tuesday into this morning. My stomach hurts and I want to eat but eating is making me nauseous. Bad seafood can kill you. Please avoid this place, or at least avoid the sushi.
