What a cool place, nice classic vibe. Breakfast was very good super fast! Gyro and eggs a new to me concept but i loved it. Western omelet was light and fluffy. Service was very friendly and happy! My only gripe would be prices.....$50 with tip for two people is crazy. Its eggs and coffee. BUT......i will return cause im now addicted to eggs and gyro meat.

Popped into Lester’s Diner for breakfast with my man, and it was a solid experience from start to finish. The service was quick, our waitress was sweet and attentive, and the whole vibe felt like a cozy, local favorite—casual, familiar, and welcoming.
I ordered the Western omelette with cheese, home fries, and pancakes, and everything came out hot, fresh, and well-seasoned. The omelette was fluffy and flavorful, the home fries had a nice crisp to them, and the pancakes were soft and satisfying—classic diner comfort food done right.
My man went for the chicken fried steak with hashbrowns, and let me tell you, he was all smiles. He loved every bite, and that’s saying something. The portions were generous, and the food came out fast, which made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable.
I don’t usually do breakfast, but this one hit the spot. Is it the best diner I’ve ever been to? No—but it’s definitely good, and the service was genuinely kind and efficient. If you’re in the area and craving a hearty breakfast with friendly vibes, Lester’s is worth a visit.

Well I stepped in that accident and asked to be compensated for stepping in it and when I brought it up to your manager/Sylvester he’s response was I can go out back and hose myself off! the way he said it tho was not friendly. I’ve been coming to Lester for over 16+ years never had an issue until today.
And just so you know Sylvester I’ve been coming for 16+ years you know half your employees don’t even like you they just have to stick with your nonsense because they need a job you’re a terrible leader.

Dined with 4 people. Two of us had the pastrami. The pastrami melt was good. The chicken parm sub was delicious and huge. The stuffed mushroom dish was well worth the money.

Exactly what a diner should be. Update : Still the best dinner in Margate without a doubt, sorry not sorry to the other local diners.
