They seem to be understaffed. If you go here, order online ahead of time. I went in and ordered 1 pizza and it took over 30 minutes. There were 10-15 other people all waiting on their orders. Several times, an order was completed and they did not call out the name or order number so customers were standing there waiting when they didn't need to be. It was our responsibility to ask them if our order was ready

Good luck on being able to walk in and out with a hot and ready-made pizza. The food is what I expected. The service can really use some improvements. The atmosphere sucks as it is a small space and is full of folks waiting for their orders. Some of the customers had to wait outside due to a cough from a person or two. I didn't want to catch anything, so I occasionally walked in and out to check on my order.

Horrible location. I needed to use the restroom and one worker was nice enough to let me in but an angry black woman with a horrible wig kicked me out before I was even able to use it. I suffer from a condition and she didn't care. The food also took a whole hour to be prepared even though we ordered ahead of time and got the email that it was ready. There was never anyone at the front and the store was packed woth people waiting. Awful experience.

Stay away!!!Laura is the store manager and she is extremely rude not only to her customers but to her employees. She will charge u extra for plates she walks around the store on her ear pods speaking Spanish loud talking to someone in the other line about her customers
