Michael L. was extremely rude today. The customer service I received was unacceptable. The way he talked to me and went back and forth with me just because I asked for my wings to be well-done was unprofessional. He should not be working in customer service, and he made me feel like he was treating me differently because of my color. It was disrespectful and completely unnecessary.

I specifically order cheese steak puffs and another order of only CHEESE puffs. I went over with this Spanish boy like 3 times because he doesn’t understand English. When I finally went to pick up the order, i heard him repeat my order before I paid and he said “you have cheese steak puffs and pepperoni puffs.”
I said what? No…no pepperoni! (I do not eat pork!!! Religious reasons)
And then quickly apologized and said he basically didn’t mean to SAY pepperoni, he meant to say cheese.
So while I’m eating my food. I realize these a disgusting pepperoni in each of my crazy puffs. Which means he deliberately lied to me and he knew all along that he rung me up for pepperoni which is why he read it off the screen like that.
He just wanted me to spend my money and leave so he didnt have to worry about actually fixing his mistake. I do not appreciate that whatsoever. It’s raining and I don’t want to go back. I DO NOT eat pork.
Who are hiring people who would do a thing like this? I’m never coming back. I took a chance even coming in the first place. I was going to go to an authentic pizza place that was already nearby.

The manager Romero(I think) but he is Latin. He is a great manager and took care of a concern that I had. He also thanked me and shook my hand like a professional. This guy needs to be the example of a great manager. He turned a negative experience into a positive one. I WILL be coming back soon.

Pizza is good for the prize. Sodas are also affordable. This is by no means an italian pizzeria, so tame your expectations accordingly.

They seem to be understaffed. If you go here, order online ahead of time. I went in and ordered 1 pizza and it took over 30 minutes. There were 10-15 other people all waiting on their orders. Several times, an order was completed and they did not call out the name or order number so customers were standing there waiting when they didn't need to be. It was our responsibility to ask them if our order was ready

Good luck on being able to walk in and out with a hot and ready-made pizza. The food is what I expected. The service can really use some improvements. The atmosphere sucks as it is a small space and is full of folks waiting for their orders. Some of the customers had to wait outside due to a cough from a person or two. I didn't want to catch anything, so I occasionally walked in and out to check on my order.
