First off they had me in line forever. I ordered a steak and cheese sub they order wasn't right. I called back to the store and the manager gonna say you really calling to complain about a sandwich? Yes I paid my money so it should be right. Bad customer service!!

Nicely remodeled restaurants and staff are extremely friendly. Very clean and spotless tables and chairs. The food was excellent, I had the grilled chicken sandwich with fries ?. After I had finished my meal, one of the staff members was quick to come and grap the empty plate.
I haven’t been inside a Miami grill in years since I was a kid. This experience brought me back to my childhood when Miami subs used to be popular. I ordered a chicken sandwich that was chard and grilled to perfection that brought me back to my childhood days. The ladies at the service counter were super nice and welcoming. Bathrooms were super clean smelled like Fresh and clean as soon as you walk into the rest rooms. I’ll be coming here again.

Just ordered here through doordash. I asked for cheese and bacon on my sandwich. They did not put either cheese nor bacon. The chicken was tasteless and the fries were not seasoned. It was very bland and lacked flavor and I am highly disappointed being that I spent almost $20. This Miami grill has officially lost my business.

Unfortunately, I ordered some boneless wings and they looked like they were RUSHED and THROWN TOGETHER. They barely had the Mango Habanero sauce on them AND they weren't cooked thoroughly. The "SEASONED"fries were old & soggy. Looked out of "SEASON". I have pics! It's VERY concerning that someone would do that to a customer without feeling bad for doing it. Haven't received a call from the Store Manager regarding this serious issue YET. Over $40 worth of food from Miami Grill pretty much SCAMMED from me. That's what it feels like.
Not good, went today around noon the restaurant was empty there was only one car in drive thru and I was told to wait and I said ok 15 mins went by and no one took my order.
