I ordered wings. It was disgusting. I wasted $30 for no reason... wings were undercooked, no flavors whatsoever and the sauce wasn't on all of them. I should have just order them at papa John's.

Do not order from this location!! I ordered a beef pizza. They gave me sausage instead! I called in to let them know, the cashier told me it looks like sausage because it was made in the same place as the beef. When I asked for a manager, he said the manager do not speak English and they will call me back. Never got a callback, I decided to callback and the manager told me she would call me back. She still never returned my call!! I called again then the manager made up a whole lie saying they didn’t have sausage the day that I ordered. Clearly when the cashier took my order sausage was one of the toppings available!! I do not eat pork so I had to throw away 30$ worth of pizza in the trash. The manager was Very unprofessional and was trying to argue with me instead of fixing the issue. Pork DO not have the same taste as beef!!

I love Pizza Hut. Never really have issues with my pizza. The last few times I went I couldn’t get in my appt to get the points for ordering. And when I went in the store to ask they have no clue and seem unhappy working there and don’t properly greet you .

I ordered online and the order was accepted and it said it would take about 30 minutes to arrive. I wait 1 hour with no updates, call the store only to find out my order was cancelled because they don’t have drivers. Horrible service.

Honestly, this place is a hit or miss. The boneless wings are a hit or miss when it comes to it being properly tossed in sauced. The cookie is a complete missed. Second time I ordered it and it was either burnt or dry. This time I received a non-burnt dry cookie but it had oil on the bottom. For $9 my cookie should be perfect and hot. I’m sticking with Dominos, better quality and a better price.

Paid two extra dollars for bacon and they barely put any bacon in it. Went back and they said they couldn’t add more bacon because it was the “measurement” girl in the front had a terrible attitude and wasn’t helpful at all. Terrible quality and customer service. Go elsewhere.

The worst service. First was sent breadsticks instead of cheesesticks which is what I ordered. The marinara sauce was red water not sauce. And the pizza was not good. I called to let them know since it was delivered and they said the supervisor was not in and to call on Monday for an order I made today Saturday. Will never order again from this place.
Ordered pizza online, pizza was not delivered and was marked for carryout. I called 3 times until I was told they would deliver as I had paid for delivery. Pizzas were not hot, and dried out, and tough to chew. Couldn't see toppings as they were all dried out. Toppings missing from Pizza. Don't waste your time. Called to complain and all I got was excuses.

Horrible service.I went to pick up my pizza and I choose curbside and they were going to place it on the passenger side.It was raining bad,so I waited in my car right in front of the store,this was where I was supposed to park anyway,but one of the employees called me and said “if you want to wait you can wait,but I will not go outside to give you your pizza.I will never ask her to go outside and get wet,I was waiting patiently in my car for the rain to stop,because I know that they never are there on time with curbside,I always end up going inside anyway.Pizza Hut should provide the employees umbrellas or something for the rain,and the lady should be less rude.

Ordered on line the big new York saug,with half onion and peppers, picked it up,get home sit down family waiting to eat watch a movie, took 2 slices,started to eat and it's not even cooked, toppings wrong.... Called to let them know they said bring pizza back any they will replace , so I bring back pizza minus 2 slices we tried to eat and the family said no way take it back.....so I go to pick up new pizza ,the cashier opens box , I showed pizza was raw ,she said I TOLD u to bring the pizza back, I said u mean the 2slices missing ,she look at me annoyed, she said her bosses policy, I felt like they think I was scamming them, I told her to have the boss call me if a problem!Not even sorry for your inconvenience that u had to drive back etc.mind you the place wasn't even busy!To be fair second pizza was correct but barley cut into slices,,
