Adam was a true partner throughout the entire process. He helped us navigate and negotiate venue details, guided us through decisions for a particularly complex day, and handled every curveball with calm, confidence, and care. At one point, he even fixed a guest’s broken shoe during the wedding — that’s the level of hands-on support you get. There is truly nothing this man doesn’t do.
And the food — wow. Absolutely unforgettable. Memorable, delicious, beautifully executed, and hands-down one of the biggest highlights of the entire night. Our guests are still talking about it.

Adam and Chef Hector were amazing. The food was outstanding, with many guests claiming it was the best wedding food they have ever had. They accommodated gluten-free, vegetarian, and nut-free diets with ease, including making separate batches of the empanadas, bruschetta, and croutons gluten-free.
Service was fantastic. There was never a line at the bar, the plated dinner was served without delay, and the staff was attentive, ensuring that water and wine glasses stayed filled throughout the dinner.
Adam also served as our day-of coordinator. He helped us establish a timeline and plan some of the additional details, including decor items he has available to use (picture frames, signage, card box, cake stand, etc). He also has a great network of vendors that we utilized for some of the other details of the day. Day of the wedding, he ensured the wedding party stuck to the timeline and the events of the day went off without a hitch.
Finally, their pricing was reasonable, there were no extraneous fees, and they were incredibly easy to work with.

I was wrong; Adam took care of EVERYTHING. He went above and beyond for us and made our wedding stress free. He is simply the best. Hector's food was amazing! We still have friends talking about our Philly cheesesteak empanadas late-night snack. The staff that assisted the day of were wonderful and lovely and so professional.
