Adam and Hector are the dream team. I thought I would be the only one able to ensure every detail of my wedding/tables/settings was perfect before I walked down the aisle. I was wrong; Adam took care of EVERYTHING. He went above and beyond for us and made our wedding stress free. He is simply the best. Hector's food was amazing! We still have friends talking about our Philly cheesesteak empanadas late-night snack. The staff that assisted the day of were wonderful and lovely and so professional. I highly recommend Sidecar Kitchen.

Between his strong communication, positive attitude, ability to address every request we had, and making us feel like the day was truly about us and our happiness, our wedding would not have been the success it was without his help. Hector was equally amazing in the kitchen, making food that all of our guests raved about. His cheesesteak empanadas were a particular hit with friends and family from the Philly area. I literally did not have to think about a single thing he made the day the most magical day without me feeling stress or worry about anything. Sidecar was our favorite wedding vendor! Adam was a delight to work with! And they are very affordable compared to other caterers in South Florida.Our tasting was such a great experience. We were greeted with such hospitality, and the food was amazing; it was an easy sell. The apps and dinner at our wedding turned out perfect! Our guests couldn't stop talking about how good the food was, especially the apps!As the wedding couple, we probably only had 2 apps each and one tiny bite of our cake. I would fly back down to FL right now and drive to Margate just to have more. That's how good they were. Highly recommend!

I think 5 stars is far too low for the experience that we had working with Adam and the staff for Sidecar Kitchen. We were hosting a corporate event and were referred to Sidecar by another vendor. From the first email, we knew we were in great hands. Adam is so responsive and answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly. The menu choices are extensive but don't worry, every item they made for us was as good if not better than the way it sounds on the menu. They arrived early and were so friendly right off the bat it felt like we had worked with them for years. And their staff was incredibly professional, friendly and kept the guests happy and fed all night. Adam and another staff member even stayed passed time to see if they could help clean after the event was over. We will 100% be using Sidecar for any event that we can moving forward and if you are lucky enough to book them for an event, you can rest easy knowing it is going to be done to the highest caliber.
