Had just downloaded the Subway ap and tried to place an order for one of their specials. to Pick up. Something was not working right so I went in and the lady was super super nice and helped me out on my phone so i could get the special through the ap. While I was waiting, I noticed that the price for my sub was $3.00 higher on the ap than in the store. So I am paying $3.00 for the privilege of ordering ahead of time and picking it up myself, not curbside either. When I get back to work, my sub roll was still raw. I have had soggy subs before and liquid does not uncook the dough. Of course I could not leave work again and take it back, suffice to say, I will just not use the ap anymore so I can inspect what I am sold. At a lower price.

Worst experience in this location! The workers were terribly rude & very weird energy wow I can’t believe these are the type of people who work for food businesses they show how miserable they are to me & every customer that walked in..& on top of that the food tasted horrible as well!

Stopped at this location on August 13, 2024 the service was too lousy and disappointing. The young lady was wearing gloves (which is a + for me), didn't like when she made the sandwich with the same gloved hands that she handled the cheese & cash with, but what really BLEW my mind, is when she picked up a soiled/soggy looking rag and blew her nose.... went to the car and decided that I would try the meatballs only, it tasted like mostly flour mixed with a bit of mystery meat; had to throw it out. I LOVE Subway, but this is the first time that I have experienced this type of thing.

First let me say I was so disappointed with the service. Where do I start!!!!1. I ordered the rotisserie chicken protein bowl with pepper jack cheese toasted. The owner did not want to melt the cheese at my request. Which is crazy because any other subway have done it before.2. I asked for my veggies to be chopped up. The lady took a knife with mayonnaise on it and did not clean it and chopped up my vegetables. DisgustingThey do not listen to the customer. They do whatever they want to do. They were not friendly at all. I will never come back to the subway ever again.

The food products are great, only they should the sprcials if you get an item at the store and want to pay cash, why should I as a. Customer pay full price if Subway is doing specials but only being honored via a phone app.I think they should think that idea. I or any customer should be able to get it at the discount price at the store if we buy it at your store and pay cash. , Thank for hearing me out corporate Mgmt. A recurring customer....
Wheelchair accessibility: They need to make the curb for wheelchair accessible other than than just park on the curb
