I came here on November 3 2025 a little before evening, mid afternoon. I ordered two 10 piece nuggets, and two biggie bags, a total of 28 nuggets, i was told to pull forward and which i waited 10 mins for all my food to be bought out, one of the orders had the wrong chicken nuggets, so i took 1 of the sauces along with the nuggets back inside to exchange, and a african american heavy set young girl was very rude, she was very argumentative, and battling me because i asked for 2 sauces, she made a big deal about giving me an extra sauce, as well as her co worker-hispanic young lady, mind you i have 28 nuggets and, had to wait 10 mins for my food, and still got the wrong food, you would think the customer service will enhance, no they battled me in front of other customers and was very rude, til finally gave me the extra sauce 🤦🏾♀️ which sucks because this is the wendys i always go to for years, but after that horrible encounter customer service, will never get my money or services again!

Literally, 2nd Wendy's in less than a week that I ordered a Big Bacon Classic.
WHY IS THERE NO BACON!!!!!!!! Like, come on, dude.
That's like buying a new car, but receiving it and they took the engine out. I even said "With bacon" since 3 days prior at another location, ALSO FORGOT MY BACON! Like I don't even care that you sold me a double when I never asked for a double. Just. Mad. About. The. Lack. Of. Bacon.
