Very disappointed with this location. I ordered a roast beef and cheddar and they didn't even put the cheddar on it. I live almost an hour from here so this is just very upsetting. Considering the price of the meals they really should pay attention to what they are doing and what people order.

Great place for concert but I would eat somewhere else before going. I got two hot dogs and both were burnt to a crisp. It's all grab and pay.

I went to this Arby's, I was happy I had just enough money to treat myself. I ordered a rueben meal. First I had to wait in drive thru for 10 minutes. Then I get home to eat my sandwich and it was horrible. The meat was so thick and hard I couldn't eat it. I gave it to my dog. So sad that this Arby's has gotten so bad.

No beef? No ham? If you can’t stock the basics, maybe shut the restaurant down instead of wasting people’s time. I get it—it was 11:00 at night and maybe the staff was ready to call it a day. But truck drivers plan their routes and stops around where they can eat. To show up at an Arby’s and find out they don’t even have the core ingredients that make Arby’s what it is today is mind-blowing. It’s like walking into Burger King or Chick-fil-A and being told they can’t serve you a Whopper or a chicken sandwich.

Corporate needs to take a serious look at this location. I wasn’t the only one frustrated—two other drivers also walked out highly irritated. And to Pilot: if you can’t keep a restaurant in your truck stop that can at least provide the basics on its menu, then end the lease and bring in a restaurant that’s actually ready to serve drivers.

Great staff, cheerful and welcoming. The food... well, I gotta say, it really is really good, even though this particular Arby's is attached to a truck stop

It was aight. Food was worse than the other Arby's I go to. Somehow the fries were worse than when I get drive-thru, even tho I dined in??

The place looked pretty great, it seemed clean (other than a few tables that still had crumbs).

The cashier was nice, but she wouldnt even look at me other than during the initial time I was telling her my order. When she handed me my bag, it looked like she was TRYING not to look at me, even while she told me to have a great day...🫠

It'll do the job if you need a place to stop, but I wouldnt reccomend it as a purposeful outing.
