I go maybe twice a week and usually ask for the strawberry cheesecake, we either or told they don’t have any or don’t have sny out but can get some out the freezer in about 10 minutes. If they have it there, why is it never available???

we walked in and no nody acknowledged our existence. 3 of us me and two brothers. we had to get there attention to order ice cream. it was late so we felt unwelcomed. poor training for baskin Robinsons and Dunkin doughnuts. They need to try to learn from Chick Falea.

We paid for 2 large cappy blasts. Our total was $16 and some change. But i received two 24oz drink instead of the usual 32oz that I paid for. Worker didn't seem to know. He could not remake them. Very disappointed with this location.

The store was disgusting! The employees was horrible and don't know what they are doing. Asked for a medium cappuccino blast. They made it with 2-4oz scoops of vanilla and a small cup of ice with very little cappuccino premix. Basicly got a vanilla shake. This location is the worst that I have visited in all my travels. I rate this store with a negative in service, cleanliness, and products!

I'm in town every other week for work I come here several times during the week , it doesn't matter if I'm the only on in line or two people in line they take your order and money and make you pull to the front of the building , every employee I have encountered at this location is rude as heck .

SO SO SO AMAZING. the ladies working tonight 5/31 at 9:30 p.m were just so so sweet. the chocolate mousse ice cream was delicious. i got two scoops! i can’t get over how kind these ladies were when my friend and i came in. wonderful experience.

Sat in line for a long period of time then, when they finally decide to go back in to start taking peoples orders… I get told there’s nothing of what I wanted, no French vanilla,no vanilla period, no cold foam…. basically nothing to make a cold brew decently. I had to end up, driving away with nothing.

3 times I've gone there, 3 times I've asked for chocolate donut with chocolate icing. I ask you, can you picture what I'm asking for? Because EVERY time, I get a plain cake donut with chocolate icing!!! Grrrr. Then today, I ask for Bavarian creme filled. I got a plain cake powdered donut with creme in the middle!! For goodness sake!! ? Never again.

Best Sundae I've ever had hands down!! It was made with Love and you don't find that anywhere!! Two scoops of loaded Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, Hot Fudge, Amazing crunchy fresh Almonds, Beautiful whipped Cream with Sprinkles & Cherry on top. Gorgeous & Delicious ❤️

1:30 in the afternoon, after waiting for 5 minues for the car ahead of us to take their order and pull up to the window, we got to the intercom and the female employee at the drive thru was cussing, complaining about repeating herself when we drove up to the intercom and then said they weren't taking orders anymore. Incredibly unprofessional. Honestly recommend steering clear instead of wasting your time on this location. Wasnt worth getting off the highway, just wait til you get to Tallahassee.
