This burger king makes the best food I've had from one in a long time. If you decide to dine in, though, you might want a blind fold so you don't see the water damage on the walls or the uncleaned floor. The staff were debatating Cybertrucks instead of cleaning Sadly.

Today bout 430 pm went in there the girl at counter was so nice n polite even tho I requested fresh nuggets n fries she was so nice the place looked real clean the guy cooking was doing a really good job he was kind and patient and very clean the other guy he was working drive thru best he could for being short staff I usually have complaints but on this Saturday they all three did a job well done 👏

Came in, could hear workers in the back, and waited for someone to come to the counter. Not a single worker came to take our order, instead they talked and joke in the kitchen.

We placed our orders, the lady running drive thru we had to take and constantly repeat our orders, or she would say just a moment I will be right back. Then we started over. This went on for 5 times. We ordered 1 chocolate and 1 strawberry milkshake. Again, their machine is not working . We have stopped their numerous times, and it's always the same excuse. The husband ordered a sweet tea, and we got regular tea - uck. Then we get up to the window to pick up our order, and as we have learned to ask: is all of the orders in their and we get - oh yah-- NO YES, SIR. Missing items is a huge problem. We pull away, and I go thru the bag and guess what no fried cheese balls. Down the road and turn around to go back. Go in and wait till they fry them. No SORRY, nothing. To all out their BEWARE OF THAT PLACE . It's in MARIANNA. FLORIDA.

Very dirty kitchen area. Look up at the ceiling and vents. The ice machine is always broken. The windows are filthy. When was an inspection done last?
Why is it that my sandwich is ice cold every time, which is a health code violation.This is one of the reasons Burger King is going out of business..

We ordered for my mother on the app and stepped in to pick it up. We only stepped in as even though we selected we’d pick up in drive through we were informed that “he thinks that’s what you have to do.” We stepped inside only for the employee who told us that to state the cook “disappeared off.” When he went to get her, we looked outside and saw some woman sitting on the hood of a car smoking God knows what.
After, they informed us there was no ice. Not great, but then we asked for water. We were told they had a few bottles left, but they were for the employees.
When I inquired as it was already paid for if maybe another fry be given, etc., for not having the drinks that were pre ordered we were told no while they both stared into space as if they were high.
I get that not all jobs pay a lot, but have pride in your work. This will be the first and last time we ever visit this location. It’s fine to be tired, but to just not care isn’t acceptable.
