Sandwich was cold as ice so we're the fries and onion rings. Customer service was absolutely not there in anyway shape or form. Sat for well over 10 mins to place my order in drive thru with only 1 other car in front of me then another 10 for cold food

This place needs some employees that clean. Trash can was full, under tables had smushed food and tables were not wiped down. It was disgusting and we shouldn't have ate there but like idiots we did. I love Burger King but Marinna one is just gross. Food was not to good either, the whoppers are nothing like usual. The guy at the register just didnt have interaction at all and could care less what he was doing. Not many people there at all but the person in the drive through waited like 20 minutes for their food and it seemed to be a wait for everyone who ordered. The workers were in no rush and didnt seem to care. I even spoke loudly about the nastiness and no one cared to react.

Me and my sister went to get our kids some food. Everyone was in the parking lot we stood at the counter for 10 mins and didnt come help us so we left! I also called asking for a managers number or owners number but the lady refused to give me any numbers and hung up on me.
