Waited in line for 15 minutes, finally got to the window and paid which led to me waiting another 30+ minutes for my food. While waiting 20 minutes of the 30+ minutes an employee comes out to say they didn’t have nuggets. She then offers a burger instead. Finally get to eating my order of the Dragon Burger…it was nasty. Tasted like it was dropped in dirty dish water. Too much sauce in the extra burger. Fries were soggy like they had been wet in the same dirty dish water. Just absolutely NO. Close it 🤣

I tried to get food here then I noticed the drive thru line was long so I went inside stood there for 10 minutes no one spoke but the crew saw me. I could hear the manger in the back screaming about scheduling. I never got waited on. Won't be back here

We stopped for lunch yesterday, May 30th, after 11 with our 2 grandkids. The Burger King in front of Walmart. It appeared that there were only 2 employees working at the time. A cook and manager. We waited a few minutes for service but the manager assured us she would be with us shortly. I have to give a huge shout out for the manager. I'm assuming she is a manager. She was everywhere. She worked the drive-thru, took orders to the cars, worked the counter, filled orders, brought our order to the table. If she is not a manager she should be. She was awesome! I'm sorry I didn't get her name.

Placed a mobile order, go in on my 30min lunch to pick up my food and was told they're boiler (gross) was down and unable to make burgers and I would just have to cancel my order. Problem is there's no way to just cancel the order on the app. no 1800 customer service number just an email that says someone will contact us in 24-48 hours.. why where you unable to just trade my 2 for 6 burgers for the 2 for 6 chicken sandwiches? Promo it off and make it right?? The rude GM said because the district manager won't let her.. But yet I'm unable to speak with him or anyone else higher up... Great way to show you don't care about your customers. I did eat there just about everyday for lunch but I promise I won't be back.

Breakfast this morning went to a drive through order.Two sandwich breakfast waited in line for ten minutes no one in line getting gas at Walmart.I looked into the food bag wrong food.So proceeded to take it back
Back to the drive to the met the manager we tried to explain it to her.They got are food wrong.But she had a question with the receipt while I guess they gave us the wrong food. She made a pretty big deal out of nothing. All she had to do is just go get a piece of sausage and put it on a biscuit instead. Of quorescent, she made a big deal out of it. So I asked her for money back She told us she could not refund back our money!! but she wated us another sandwich so we said OK, after we got our second food. It was so horrible. Biscuit was so bad and dry, but what I did understand when we asked for a refund. She had no clue. What was ring that? I don't even know the food really got ring up or not, so so yes, it left the bad taste in our mouth.

I was going through the stove through and get the automated system when I pull up. I start to order and then I'm cut off and asked to wait. Five minutes later I'm asked to continue waiting. Another 3 minutes before they finally ask for my order. I order a number 2 plain with cheese. On the screen it shows as with cheese. I confirm with the person and they say that " I'm the one cooking it. It'll be cheese only." Then I pull up to the first window and wait for about 2 minutes and no one is there. I pull up to the second window and about 30 seconds later I hear sometime sorting from behind me "sir, sir, sir." At this point I decide after their rudeness, slowness, putting the order in wrong, slowness, that i was done.

Not my first time dining here but on this occasion I watched the sandwich maker microwave the meat, not grilling it. I got my sandwich and looked at the meat which looked undercooked and just warmed up. I’ll never be eating here again.

I haven’t had any problems here previously but the patty on my whopper I received today was so wet it was absolutely disgusting. I doubt I will eat Burger King for a long time because of it.
