Every time I come here no matter how many people are in the line the make me pull forward and wait an extra 15 minutes or so for my food because they feel like their drive time is more important than actually getting the food out to the customer

Me and my sister went to get our kids some food. Everyone was in the parking lot we stood at the counter for 10 mins and didnt come help us so we left! I also called asking for a managers number or owners number but the lady refused to give me any numbers and hung up on me.

Out of coke, buns for small sandwiches, tomatoes and onions. Napkin dispenser empty. Tables dirty. Staff overwhelmed but pleasant. Took one hour to get 2 hamburgers with lettuce and charge me for whoppers. Very disappointed.

Do not go here. Stopped here traveling through with my boyfriend and it was the worst ever. The girl amy working front counter smelled of straight booze and seemed like she was on even harder stuff, she completly ignored me trying to give my order cause she was to busy trying to hit on my boyfriend. Tried talking to her boss jennifer but that woman really dont seem to know whats going on ither, heck she seemed like she was on something too. And when we finally got our food it was just horrible. Think they gave us week old food.

I hear the owner of this location also on to location on highway 90. Both locations need work I don't like having to drive up past the window to wait for my order because they're trying to keep a quota of how long it takes to prepare order I just left the one by the Walmart and they're out of drinks they only had the teas and lemonades left where they charge you a surcharge I simply asked do you charge the surcharge because you don't have the fountain drinks they took away the surcharge but jam-packed my cup full of ice with just a few sips of the lemonade in the cup which is ridiculous. It doesn't matter if a location is rural or City in order for it to offer customer service or efficiency it's going to take the development of the future businesses to come in order for them to get their act together and they start losing money. You can tell a good manager or business owner by the employees morale and good customer service. You just can't open up a business to make money and not have the employees happy to work I don't care what the franchise sellermarketers tell you. If the service is mediocre you will not break the bank.
