The cost is too high for a fast food seafood restaurant. The food is good, though, when it is fresh. The fish fingers were good. Waited quite a while, but the food was hot, so worth the wait in order to get hot food. Very nice person at window.

Me and my family, along with close friends have been doing a survey on our Marianna restaurants. We have dined in a few times over the past month or so and I must say that the food and service has been spot on. The New GM has done an outstanding job bringing in new hires/ cooks,etc. My wife Beth actually told the cook this past Sunday while eating lunch that the fish was absolutely amazing. He was polite and kind and very appreciative for the compliment. It's important to give compliments to the workers when the food and service are fantastic. Captain D's is one of our favorite places to eat. We just started back coming because we heard that the restaurant was under new management. We tried both lunch and dinner times and decided that lunch time is better because the cook , the older lady who fixes the food and the young lady who wears the head set are the best team we've experienced by far. I wish I knew all there names. I just know the cook has a really bright smile . Please take the time to let those workers know we appreciate the service and food. Good job GM for turning our Marianna Captain D's around. My family and friends are looking forward coming again for years to come. The only thing that is lacking is the dinner time service and fix the grill.

At 6pm I walked in ordered some stuff to go.. Guess what I couldn't get my tap and pay to work. I could not figure it out. The guy name Michael went beyond the call of duty and helped me out.. Everyone behind there was so nice. The food was also good.. Thank you so much Michael for helping this old lady out!

My husband and I died in at about 8:30p.m. on 1/31/25. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the food came out. And not to mention how hot and fresh everything on our plate was. Everything was delicious! There was a man there named Howard. He was hard working and super friendly. He accommodated our needs with a smile and positive attitude!. I used the restroom and when I got home, I realized I had left my credit card behind. I came back the next day and he had found it. Howard made sure it was safe and he has restored my faith in humanity again with his honesty, his kindness, and his amazing positive attitude. This was all around the best experience I've had in this restaurant! Thank you for everything Howard!

I love the fish. But the sides I ordered and the $5.19 I paid for the loaded potato soup are absolutely ridiculous. I'm beyond disappointed. The Mac n cheese looks like it has powdered orange cheese sprinkled on top and the soup is literally melted into the styrofoam bowl that has maybe 2 spoonfuls in the container.

This location is absolute trash and it’s a shame. I grew up eating at this location. Since the window lady died (5-6 years ago) and the cook that worked there with her retired it’s been awful. Employees are extremely rude and food is always cold or tastes like crap. Complete waste of money to eat there. Need to find quality help. Not bashing the owners but pointing out staff. Would be nice for Marianna to have a Captain D’s again.

I just marked things I've tried but all in all a good experience
Had to pull up and wait on my food it was $56 got home which is about 15 minutes from the store The fries was absolutely stone cold almost turned into jerky lol there's no excuse whoever put the fries in the box did not know that it's because they don't care when you order food and it's $56 everything should be fresh especially The last three times I went there the food was absolutely terrible used to be a good place to eat I was going to leave a five-star on service but I believe it starts in the back if they don't do their jobs the people in the front can't do theirs. The lady who took my order done a good job and she told me she checked everything in the box and was right.
