I Went into the Marianna location today for lunch at 11:10-11:15 am and there was not a single worker to be found. There were hamburgers on the grill but not a single employee responded when I called out saying, “Hello! Anyone here?” There was nobody in the drive thru and I was the only customer in the store. It almost seemed like they were “hiding” so they wouldn’t have to serve. Needless to say I did not receive any customer service nor lunch. 0/10

Awful place I was there eating met a young blk woman was waiting for an interview we talked great young lady I over heard the hiring manager tell the young lady she was hired I went back 4 days ago to see the young lady she's not here I only see whites I'm white I do not appreciate how this manager lied to this young woman I will be reaching out to corporate and I think the district manager was there as well they need the help and they need to learn to welcome all colors not just 1 so sad I will not be returning to this location... Racist manager that's why the business is so dead now ....

We just went in for a Blizzard and shake. There was no one sitting inside when we arrived, but there was food on some of the tables and seats. The backs of the benches were cloth and they all looked stained and dirty. My strawberry shake tasted really good. Two of the Blizzards were not very thick but they said they tasted ok. To me it is expensive for what you get, but my mother-in-law wanted to go there.
Food is great and their blizzards are amazing and they have a wide variety as well and staff is pretty much nice but there was one guy I encountered who had worked there that made weird comments not in a creepy way but was just being sarcastic and a little rude but other than that it's a great place

Stopped here on the way home from a spring break trip 4 kids 2 adults lots to order! They did wonderful and we didn’t feel rushed while ordering at all. They were all so very friendly! We would stop here again if we were in town! Best attitudes I have encountered in awhile at fast food! Thank y’all so much!!

After sitting at the speaker for 10 min they finally take my order just to pull to window pay get my drink and have to pull up and wait once again! All for 4 chicken tenders and one hotdog with only one other vehicle waiting. These places seem to make you pull up every single time now which I'm guessing has to do with window wait times. After as long as you wait in line they should have plenty of time to get your stuff finished! And finally after nearly 20 min we get our 4 tiny chicken tenders and hotdog with a cold bun!! All that time and you couldn't heat the bun!
