The last three times I've been here there was just nobody behind the counter. They are all in the break room or something, paying no attention to the lobby. They need to fire literally everyone on night shift.

Most of the time I come here only for the banana split. It’s always good. My wife can’t have ice cream. One time she ordered a banana split with no ice cream. I’ve had one of their burgers several times. I forget what it’s called, but it has bacon on it. I enjoy it as well.

I Went into the Marianna location today for lunch at 11:10-11:15 am and there was not a single worker to be found. There were hamburgers on the grill but not a single employee responded when I called out saying, “Hello! Anyone here?” There was nobody in the drive thru and I was the only customer in the store. It almost seemed like they were “hiding” so they wouldn’t have to serve. Needless to say I did not receive any customer service nor lunch. 0/10
Just had 2 employees working the lobby and drive thru genuinely trying their best! They need help boss man but these ladies are some champs

Awful place I was there eating met a young blk woman was waiting for an interview we talked great young lady I over heard the hiring manager tell the young lady she was hired I went back 4 days ago to see the young lady she's not here I only see whites I'm white I do not appreciate how this manager lied to this young woman I will be reaching out to corporate and I think the district manager was there as well they need the help and they need to learn to welcome all colors not just 1 so sad I will not be returning to this location... Racist manager that's why the business is so dead now ....
