We've loved Dickey's for a long time. First ate at one in Tampa and was thrilled when we found this one in Marianna on our recent trip route. We stop there EVERY time.

Passing through on a road trip. Restaurant not busy. Pros - clean dining room and restrooms. Friendly staff. Cons - online order not ready when stated . Waited almost twice as long . Missing item on order, had to drive back. Gave us free vouchers for sandwiches for inconvenience. Food wasn’t very appealing. Will try a different location. Noticed staff seemed to botch orders in drive through and kept apologizing. Staff needs more organization.

First time here and I was going through the drive thru and asked what meat for my kids order so I asked my kid what he wanted and the drive thru worker rushed me and just told me to pull to the window when I wasn't even ready. I am honestly very disappointed in the service. I wanted to try the food but honestly I won't ever be back because of how bad I was treated. I have never been treated so horribly before at any other place. When I say this was the worst experience of my life it was.
