Food ok. Roaches crawling around on floor. I reported it and they just said thanks. This location used to be good. It has gone downhill. Employees are not friendly.

This was my favorite take-out barbecue eating lunch barbecue place when we lived in St Louis. I am so glad to see that has made it to florida! Be sure to try each flavor of sauce to find your favorite. Mine is a combination of the sweet and the spicy. So yummy to dip your waffle fries and your sandwich. I'm a fan!

BEWARE:! This is happening everywhere. Why are we the consumers charged 39 cents without our authorization? There are no signs stating we will be charged for a "renew/recycle program."" Signs need to be put up. That is stealing from your customers!

What you don't see is why? You do not see a warning that says they are charing a fee. It is NOT STATE, COUNTY, or FEDERALLY MANDATED.
Otherwise, food, service, and cleanliness you have excelled. Ribs were very dry. The rest of our meals were delicious!

I ordered the 3 meat plate last night for takeout. It was my first time there. Brisket and pulled pork were good. The ribs were very dry and tough, however. Per sides: baked beans were great, but potato salad was pasty, not creamy. The order should have come with Texas Toast, but instead, I was given a plain roll. The sweet BBQ sauce, although plentiful, was not good either. I will say that the employee at the pick-up counter was cordial enough. Idk. Perhaps it was just an off night, and I may come back a 2nd time, but the other BBQ establishment down the road was spot on the one time I was there.

Just driving through from Tallahassee and decided to stop by my old employment. Been awhile since eating here (after serving as the GM for 5yrs) and Dothan Al no longer has a Dickey's, it was a nice change. Staff very nice, block guy & lady running drive thru top notch, she rung my order up. Spicy Cheedar & turkey slider just how I remember them. And I was able to snag a piece of Mrs. Sarah's delicious peanut butter pie!! Great Job Maddox family!

We really enjoyed our food. We had the good fortune to visit during a slow time and all our food was freshly made and piping hot! A little on the expensive side but worth it.
Excellent food quickly prepared with great customer service. The portions on the sides for the 4 person meal were way too small especially for the high price they were charging.
