(9) months after the first disappointment, I ordered an Extravaganza pizza & added a 6.00 tip. Delivery showed up w a pizza with nothing but tomato sauce on it. He was upset with me bc he said they called & I did not answer. I was told by him that it was all on me. That I ordered the pizza with nothing on it. I called the manager and received the same from her. She offered for me to order another pizza & pay full price. Dominos got 36.00 , 30.00 pizza ( dough with only tomato sauce) & the delivery person got a 6.00 tip. I got nothing. I cannot make this up.
Total cost for Dominos: 79.00. Paid 23.00 for a Deluxe large pizza. A pizza w 3 toppings arrived. Reported it on the app. The app offered 60 pints which translates to a 2 topping pizza. Do better Dominos.

Very disappointed, called hours ahead of time to place an order for 4 pizza to be picked up for a birthday party, asked them if they could have the pizza ready by 6 since the party started at 6:30 Got to the window and the lady said the computer wouldn’t take my card so I needed to pay worn cash, I had no cash, I had to leave and go to the nearest atm to get cash, came back at this point it’s passed 6:00, I get back up to the window and the lady walks around for a few minutes and I can hear her say I can’t find her order. After 10 minutes she comes back and says I’m sorry your order was never done. I told her ma’am this pizza was for a party that starts in 15 minutes. She said okay we’re making it now, 6:35 I finally get my order.. absolutely ridiculous

They did not know how I could buy my large pizzas with my gift cards...they thought I had to activate them first by going on line...the cards say the cashier activate on purchase...so I drive 40 miles to and 40 miles back home ...no pizzas and waist of gas and time...3 dominoes $15.00 cards but they constantly demanded a tip..on contor on sale strips still trying to charge full price...we were hungry for domino's and went home with nothing and told we had to activate our gift cards first ..wow

This was the worse service and public relations ever. They didn't have my food ready for a hour and when ordering was told would be ready in 15 minutes. Another hour later it was finally ready. The employee was rude and really didn't give a damn. Wouldn't get me a manager . This was prepaid you employee said we're busy get over it. Then told me to wait in parking lot . Never even told me when it was ready!!!

This is the first domino's that i have been to that actually reads online orders correctly. Chipley messes our order up everytime so I was nervous to try this domino's in marianna...blown away.. a blonde girl made my pizza to perfection with the perfect amount of barbecue sauce. Give this girl a raise lmao

Showed up 20 minutes before close but that didn't stop Madison from taking my order with a smile and making me feel welcomed even though we all know we secretly hate the people that show up just before closing! Lol. The food was fresh and delicious too as always!
