I really don't understand why Dunkin' Donuts shows an option for tips when paying. I mean, what services does the staff provide that's worthy of a tip? It's not like you're sitting down to eat and they're taking care of any needs you have while eating. They take your order, prepare your food and coffee as per corporate teaches them then send you on your way. This tipping gig this Dunkin Donuts has going on is just manipulation. They put the option on there to try to make you feel guilty for not tipping. This tipping thing is really getting out of hand.

I have never been treated so rudely after being ignored for over 10 mins. I was in a hurry so I parked and went inside to place my order because the drive thru was backed up with 5 cars. I was the only one in the store and all three employees saw me. One told me it would be just a sec. Well 10 minutes later after watching them take all the drive thru orders and talking among their selves, I asked if they were going to take my order and I was told to leave. If I could give the service a negative I would.

We went in for a quick coffee date and grabbed drinks and a 1/2 dozen of donuts. The cashier was lovely, the restaurant was clean, and the drinks were spot-on. We've been to DD quite a few times over the years and haven't been disappointed with the service. I highly recommend the iced caramel macchiato!
