I really don't understand why Dunkin' Donuts shows an option for tips when paying. I mean, what services does the staff provide that's worthy of a tip? It's not like you're sitting down to eat and they're taking care of any needs you have while eating. They take your order, prepare your food and coffee as per corporate teaches them then send you on your way. This tipping gig this Dunkin Donuts has going on is just manipulation. They put the option...

We went in for a quick coffee date and grabbed drinks and a 1/2 dozen of donuts. The cashier was lovely, the restaurant was clean, and the drinks were spot-on. We've been to DD quite a few times over the years and haven't been disappointed with the service. I highly recommend the iced caramel macchiato!

I am a regular here, and I can honestly say that they NEVER disappoint. The service is always with a friendly smile and kind words. Their food is always on point 👌 hot and fresh. Their beverages ☕️ are always made to your liking. Even if it's not what you thought it would be, they make it better. Hands down this is my favorite place to visit for a beautiful pick me up. ☺️
