If you need a pick me up, this is your place. My daughter and I got a pumpkin spice frozen frappe and it was delicious 😋 as well as packed with energy for my day at work. The girls working the window were sweet, polite and served us very quickly. Also ,Perfect place for people tavelling who may be tired and need lil boost, it's really close to I-10

Extremely rude staff. I ordered a large coffee, but the cup was only filled halfway — it honestly looked like someone had already been drinking it. When I asked about it, their “solution” was to just top it off with ice instead of fixing the issue. Completely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I’ll never be stopping at this location again.

Speed of service quality of service and the effort of the baristas has gone down hill it took 5 minutes for them to figure out how to put my order in and it’s Saturday morning there are cars around the building and the manager was outside at a car window talking with a friend she recognized. I’ll just start going to the Starbucks.

Coffee is GREAT, this was my second time visiting an Elliano’s first time at this location. My husband ordered two of the same drink and asked for one to be decaf (I’m pregnant) and the reaction was less than acceptable, they were practically repulsed by the idea of having to make a decaf coffee.

We had been driving several hours and still had several to go. The girl at the window was AWESOME!!! I really wish I had gotten her name! She offered a pup cup for the dog and that was a great treat. Our coffees were fantastic! We both had Vanilla Lattes 1 cold 1 hot. So sad we don’t live close but we will try to get back there. Again….. The sweet girl at the window made this stop fantastic!
