Located in a small strip mall. Greeted as we entered. IVery customer oriented. Welcoming, fast service, sandwiches made to order, clean!! Great place for lunch along the I-10.

I ordered 2 md steak & chz sandwiches with no onions, no peppers, no mayo, no mustard on one; no mayo, no mustard, add gen peppers, olives to the other. When we got the order both sandwiches were wrong. Neither had cheese both had onion & pepper. One with the olives. Both sandwiches were soggy on top, hard on bottom. When I called to talk to a manager, he was very rude about the whole situation. Said I could get a refund from uber. That’s fine, I will. But I ordered so my very sick child could eat. He cannot have onions or peppers. He just had major bowel surgery 3 weeks ago! And we’re without a vehicle. SHAME ON YOU FIREHOUSE!!! Do better. I’ll never order from your establishment again.

My experiences are usually pretty decent when visiting this restaurant,however today was a let down. I ordered a sandwich for my little fella and because I don't eat bread,I asked if I could get just get a single portion of turkey meat. He said that the Portion would be 2 ounces,so of course I went with it Needless to say after looking at my receipt,we're I was charged for a whole sandwich, minus everything but the turkey,II was a little shocked. Sure you have buttons for just single portions of meat. I however did ask for a refund were I politely got it and left.
Great services from the night crew! Food was good.

Ordered 4 large subs online. Arrived in person and it was made just on time with no issue. Employees were friendly and even numbered/labeled the subs for us. I can't stand having to dig through all the food to find out what is what. But that wasn't the case. The numbers matched the sandwhich list which made for easy distribution to hungry kids. 😋
