Went there tonight with Pam and no Hi, good evening, nothing.The young woman came over to the ordering section and couldn't even look at us but ratherproceeded to blank stare put on her gloves that seemed to take forever.No smile, just plain out ridiculous!We walked out immediately.We went to Subway in Walmart and had a great time and terrific sandwiches!Not all Firehouse Subs are like this, just avoidthe Marianna one.

Terrible service I had to wait 15 minutes in line with my order already ready on the counter, so it was getting cold on top of that. Everything that we ordered was wrong they even took down the name wrong. They put all sandwiches on white bread, even though it specifically said on the receipt, not to Horrible place Won’t ever go again

It doesn’t matter how many times you tell these people even when ordering in person to not put the pickle spear in the box they will still put in there this completely ruins my sandwich every time I order here. Complete disregard to customer specifications horrible customer service here I will not order here again. (This has happened 6 times in a row)

Firehouse is my favorite & I've been coming here for 7yrs. The past few visits I've noticed this store has really gone downhill. Food is super messy, staff is not friendly & very slow.
These people are truly the sweetest! Was in town for a pageant,service as amazing i forget her name but it started with a T she gave me loads of compliments and asked me if i needed any extra sauce or pickles.Definitely the best service i've ever gotten

We were shopping in the area & took a break ? The service was excellent along with the food . One of the ladies with us received a free sub because of her name that day ( promotions ) I think that’s an awesome thing todo especially this time of year ?
