Went to the Marianna Hardee's today. Ordered a cheeseburger and a coke. The bottom bun of the sandwich was actually cold. The patty portion was barely warm. This is not the first time.
The ceiling tiles are water stained. There are little tents covering the puddles of water from the air conditioners dripping on the floor.
The dining while clean is unappealing. The AC temperature is way to cold.

Love eating at Hardee's. Always good food. For this location, the bathrooms are a mess. Definitely need some cleaning and updating.

The worst Hardee's I've ever been to. When I got back with my order I discovered I had a plain chicken sandwich instead of the advertised one I ordered. The $13 chicken dinner was soggy FF and 3 chicken tenders the size of chicken nuggets. When I took a drink it was nothing but carbonated water. The only redeeming quality in that store was the pleasant young lady who waited on me.

I'm going to make it simple, the lady at the register and the cook were hands down pros in the art of customer service. Hard to get good service, impossible to get great service but tonight I witnessed the unthinkable in today's society
........ Had truly unbelievably undoubtedly amazing five star top of the line super stellar top flight security of the world Craig type service. She was top flight cashier of the world. Good job Hardee's. A few more of those and you'll be close on the clowns heels. 👏

Wow. X butter biscuits not even butter once or cut to put the jelly in it. We all pay enough to get what we pay for. We are in the area at least once a month. Will not be back. I am pissed no time to stop back. Lesson learned. We order two dry biscuits not even cut to put jelly on really.

I went here about a week ago and not one but two employees felt the need to comment on the birthmark on my face. Then I went today and I approached the register. There was a woman at the register asking for directions to a place that was literally less than a mile away and a straight shot. The employee, who was wearing a name tag identifying her as a shift manager, spent several minutes giving this woman directions, which was basically “turn left and then it’s straight ahead”. For whatever reason, the woman could not comprehend these directions. The employee repeated these several times. During this time, the shift manager and several other employees saw me, none of which even acknowledged me. One man, who was wearing a name tag identifying himself as the general manager, said something to the shift manager and gestured vaguely toward me before retreating to the back. The shift manager then said “come on, let me show you what I’m talking about” and went outside with the woman to give her further directions. Even though they weren’t busy at the time, no other employee offered to assist me. I finally threw my hands in the air and left.

I can understand wanting to help someone and give directions, but this situation was a bit ridiculous. I was the only person in line to order food. No less than 4 employees, two of them managers, made eye contact with me without even acknowledging me. How hard would it have been for someone, anyone, to say “we will be with you shortly” or for the shift manager to say “excuse me ma’am let me take this gentleman’s order and I’ll be right back with you”? Or tell one of the other employees to take my order? It is just very frustrating and indicative of very poor customer service to leave a customer waiting for several minutes without so much as an acknowledgment of their existence.
