The worst Hardee's I've ever been to. When I got back with my order I discovered I had a plain chicken sandwich instead of the advertised one I ordered. The $13 chicken dinner was soggy FF and 3 chicken tenders the size of chicken nuggets. When I took a drink it was nothing but carbonated water. The only redeeming quality in that store was the pleasant young lady who waited on me.

I'm going to make it simple, the lady at the register and the cook were hands down pros in the art of customer service. Hard to get good service, impossible to get great service but tonight I witnessed the unthinkable in today's society

It would have been 5 stars but the woman that took my order said that she would not cut my sandwich which was a1st for me and she said that she would give me a knife but didn't. All these stars belong to my cashier Jessica she went over and beyond to make sure my order was correct so I thank her.
