Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs

The pizza was raw just awful. You just can't help but wonder why? There's no doubt you can see it when you're putting it in the box. Yeah it seems to be the norm now.

We have had problems in the past with our orders so I just decided not to order anything from them for a while, well we went at least 6 months and we ordered from them tonight hoping for a better outcome…pizza we ordered was to be well done came under cooked so bad the crust was still dough! We ended up having to cook the pizza in our oven…we are Well Done with them now.

I order from hungry Howie's all the time the first time I ordered the spaghetti it was disgusting and dry I called up there and basically they're very rude told me that if I wanted another one I had to bring it back up there when it was delivered to me. The spaghetti is disgusting in dry I took pictures of it but I'm not showing now we're on here where I can post this to prove that it's dry spaghetti.

The service is so bad I did a online order Friday they lied bout showing up n never still didn’t get my money 🙄🙄🙄32 dollar in a trash

This Hungry Howie’s location has consistently shown poor customer service. Delivery drivers never knock or announce themselves. They just stand outside with the food without any notification. It is unprofessional and inconsiderate.

What happened today was unacceptable. I placed an online order using my credit card and received a confirmation with an order number. When I called the store to ask about the status, they told me they didn’t see the order in their system. Instead of trying to help or resolve the issue, they hung up on me.

I was charged for food I never received, and the app does not show the order as delivered. I received no support, no explanation, and no effort from the staff to fix the situation.

This is not the first time I have experienced poor service here, but it will be the last. I will not be ordering from this location again.

I'm writing to express significant concerns regarding the professionalism observed during my recent visit to your pizza store. While the food was delicious and the service from the lady who took my order was commendable, the inappropriate clothing worn by several female employees, specifically very short shorts and tight yoga pants, created an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. My husband also noted this issue, which strongly impacted our dining experience. Furthermore, I observed some staff members seemingly idle and using personal phones while on duty. Most notably, one employee's attire was particularly revealing, which I found highly disturbing. As a result of these observations, we do not plan to patronize your store in person again and will opt for delivery instead. I urge you to review your employee dress code and conduct policies to foster a more professional and family-friendly atmosphere.

Food was excellent! Service was okay but when given order they forgot to give me my 2lt and they weren’t that busy at the time. Had multiple pizzas and cheese bread sticks and no one offered plates or napkins. No place to sit for larger people. Store is easy to get in and out of.

Friendly staff, clean, they never get my order wrong and my pizza is always super hot and fresh out of the oven. Y'all need to tip these people. They are back there sweating their butts off 😂

I went to Hungry Howies yesterday and got the wings and howies cheese bread.. I asked them to run the wings an extra time and I paid for all flat..When I got my order it wasn’t right.. I didn’t get all flats,the drum-lets wasn’t even done, the cheese bread was super burnt..I told the manager and he was so nasty and unprofessional.. I will never order from Hungry Howies Marianna fl again

Wow! The small salads are huge and taste great. Best in town. This vegan is a happy camper.

I am a truck driver. I ate breakfast at 4am. I did not get a chance to eat again until 730pm at which time I was in po-dunk Florida literally locked inside the gate at a shipper location. Howies was the ONLY option for delivery food. I made my order on line and called to confirm they got the order. I was told they did get it but were to busy and canceled it. When I explained my situation the lady said "sorry about that" and hung up.

I didn't get to eat anything until about 10am the next morning.

Thanks for nothing Hungry Howies..

Service has been terrible the past 3 times we've ordered from there. We've noticed that this place has completely changed over the past 6 months. Not sure what's going on but they need to get a hold of their customer service friendliness . This place is quickly going in the wrong direction and they never have drivers available to deliver.

3 stars . I grew up eating hungry Howies in Sanford Florida and this was much different. I have not eaten hungry Howies for a good five years now because I have moved so I figured I would try this location out in Mariana passing by on my way back home.

Cheese bread was undercooked and the pizza could have used some more elbow grease when being cut, that pizza cutter did not touch the bottom of the cardboard box. Hopefully this review is taken into consideration after spending nearly $40. Looks like it will be another five years before I try another hungry Howies franchise.

They charge for the wrong pizza.. a double pepperoni.. Delivered a regular..hope they make it right..
