I'm rating this based off of what I think is important to how the rest of the service is from the food quality to the staff. First time here and paying before I order buffet is fine. Asking questions because this is my first time, I get excused to the next customer and ignored when I had a couple of questions to decide to order buffet or from the menu. But everyone has a bad day maybe it was there's.

I go here fairly regularly it's a good place to eat I always eat the buffet there it's good. Never ordered off menu so you will have to go and see for yourself

I get this town has a vast majority of elderly people, but you still gotta have flavor to food. The garlic bread was hard as a rock. The chicken, unless its just put out fresh, is dry! Never been to a buffet that didn't have macaroni and cheese. The one thing I really liked for the salad bar was the option of feta cheese and scallions. I dont understand how this place has so many awards. It definitely wasn't worth the $45 for me, my bf, and our 6 yr old.

Really good country buffet. The restaurant is very nice and clean; nothing expensive just warm and inviting. Not too many choices but what they have is excellent. Call ahead to find out what they're serving because it changes throughout the week. Complete with salad bar and desert table.

I don’t know about everyone but I like seasoning and flavor in my food. Starts by off I got a small salad. You’re gonna get your run of the mill iceberg lettuce salad mix and a few toppings. The ranch dressing was homemade which is always good. Then I got the chicken fried steak with white gravy, collard greens, and pinto beans. The gravy was watery and tasted like raw flour, the greens and pintos had no seasoning, just pinto beans cooked and greens boiled. There was no seasoning meat in anything. Then I sampled the fried chicken, cabbage, and Mac n cheese. The chicken was ok. The cabbage was cut up, put in water and steamed. Just plain as day. The Mac n cheese, well that was some unsalted elbow noodles cooked and some cheese sauce mixed in. I also tried the yeast rolls, cornbread and banana pudding. The yeast rolls were the best part, the cornbread was a little dry but it’ll do. The banana pudding was vanilla pudding with condensed milk mixed in and some vanilla wafers and green bananas with whipped cream. The sweet tea was good. My meal cost me $17 and some change. I’m still not something I’d come back for.

I normally don't write a review but this place was really bad. The place looks really old, the bathrooms are dirty and disgusting, it smells moldy, and the food don't have any flavor at all! And worst of all we found a small worm in our daughter desert. I would definitely not recommend this place. Save your self some time and money and just drive to McDonald's and have a cheeseburger.
Great country southern style buffet. Was extremely glad to see a salad bar there also. You really can't go wrong, catfish nuggets were great, so was the ham, and the vegetables. And served up with Southern charm gave it the complete package. We had a great time, and look forward to coming back sometime.
