I dont know why I keep trying. Ordered an 8 piece family meal, only wings and legs, 2 large sides. Get home, no sides, BURNT chicken, wings, legs and breasts. Call the store and they say come back and we'll fix it....live 20 m8nutes away. Its always an issue with this store.

Ordered a 12 piece bucket didn't check till I got home and had 7 pieces overcooked the mashed potatoes and coleslaw were good but I don't think I will be going back to that one anytime soon.

There was some sort of fluid on the ground, the floor was sticky, a few tables weren't open, it was extremely hot so we had to take our food somewhere else, and the overall experience was below average. The extra money to go to Jim's is worth it.
Took forever to order. Cashier was rude. Food was old & order was wrong. We live too far from town to go back with it. We will never stop in there again. I would have given the food & service a 0 if it was available

Customer service sucks! Was called a liar twice by staff even proof of the receipt in which they input about my order. Chicken burnt and employee attitudes are enough to NEVER EVER visit this establishment again. They need to close down this franchise!!!

Pulled up 2 employees outside door. One goes in we go in and stand at counter for several minutes minutes and the other employee goes back out to get the other person whom we had to walk by to come in. He wandered in still on his phone. We left and went to eat elsewhere.

We stopped in and ordered food at the window had to constantly repeat my self multiple times and the order still was not right and their blackberry lemonade was pure syrup chicken was dried out the chizzas they shorted me on just the whole experience was shotty won't stop in there anymore and we advised our friends and family not to as well
