I doordash to make ends meet, and the KFC in Marianna, Florida is one of my favorite places to stop. Victoria, Shameka, Lex, and Sheena are some of the kindest people in town. They go out of their way to make sure the orders are packed accurately, quickly, and carefully. Above that, they are absolutely great people to know. It is a blessing to get to interact with them on a daily basis, and I appreciate them and their hard work. Five stars all the way around.

I've tried this place a number of times since I moved to this area a few years ago, and it's always been consistently the worst KFC I've eaten at in my life. I just tried it again this afternoon and my order was wrong, they were out of Cole Slaw (AGAIN!), and the chicken was nothing but thighs and legs and even they tasted old! The only thing good was the biscuits - I literally threw everything else out! This KFC is terrible, dirty and either needs to be completely revamped or shut down! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and never plan to go there again.

Gravy is not gravy it is water I repeat it is not gravy it is water. $40 for a 12 piece with 3 large sides and got 2 mashed potatoes 1 container of brownish water and slaw was missing. Will not be back and 3 stars is way to high a rating for this place to have. I’ll give service 3 stars cause in all probability the employee was prolly having a hard time with all the faulty equipment and wasnt rude but more like frustrated which is understandable.

Ordered a 12 piece with 2 large mashed and gravy large Cole slaw and 6 biscuits received 7 pieces of chicken I large potatoes and gravy 1 large slaw and 4 biscuits. They getting as bad as McDonald your order is never right

Nyla and Victoria were the best !! They made sure they got my order ready in a good timely manner and they showed great team work and work flow while doing so . Definitely give those wonderful women a raise .

I pulled through the drive through to get food they ask me to go park they will bring the food out to me. instead of bringing food some random male worker decided it would be a great time to walk over to my car without my order and hit on me very unprofessional and creepy then I still had to wait in the parking spot for another 8-10 minutes this is at around 7:50-8:10pm Thursday August 28th 2025

It’s been a while since I went to KFC. But I enter the store tonight around 8ish and there was a young woman name Victoria who greeted us as we entered and from that moment we knew we going to be treated like we matter. Our order was complicated but she bared with us to make sure we ordered correctly. She amazing and we will be back soon. To whom ever cooked the chicken it was delicious. Victoria thank you for the hospitality and amazing service.

Pot pies are great. This location lacks enthusiastic employees. Every time I go here I feel like I’m the problem and every time there’s something they are out of.. on the normal menu! I go back every few months and it’s never consistent.

I must say thank you to the managers Victoria and Dee and Terry the cook here at KFC on Lafayette Street they are awesome. We haven't ate there in a few years because of the service we received then. But these 3 workers makes a big difference, they go above and beyond to show how much they care about their customers.
