It's fast food so I don't go in with high expectations...but this experience! There were about 18 people working in the back and they must have worked one order at a time because I waited a ridiculous amount of time. Additionally, the customers waiting before me had items missing from their orders. What should have been a quick stop turned into an almost 30min trip. Also, the food had probably been on a lukewarm warmer. I guess that's what I get for making bad food choices. **You all have provided a link for me to provide additional feedback, but from reading the other reviews, I think you already know what areas you need to target for improvement. They have one nice cashier.He does a nice job, young but professional and kind. The rest of them are too greedy to give you a water cup, even if you spend a $180 It's mcdonald's.The food quality is always low, there's nothing wholesome on the menu, but it's a quick bite to eat at a somwhat affordable price

Terrible customer service. I ordered meals for family and spent almost $100 and when I asked for some sauce the employee asked me to pay. Yesterday I went to another location and they just took good care of us and didn’t ask for extra charge some sauces. I would not go back at this location ever again.

The girl at the drive thru window seemed super frustrated.. was kind of rude.. from what I observed there were 2 others just standing there like they weren't sure if they should even be there, but no one was helping this young girl.. my burger was obviously just slapped together and appears it was slung in the bag, my fries were poured out in my bag, my tea was not even full but I didnt dare ask her to fill it for fear of getting yelled at... I normally go to the I10 McDonalds and this is generally why... this McDonalds has NOTHING on the friendliness and fast but thorough customer service that the I10 restaraunt has!! Also to add!! I just bit into my burger and the meat was still very pink in the middle!!! 🤢
