This was the best McDonald's that I've eaten at in a long time. We were just passing through this town heading home from a short vacation and decided to eat here. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean and the staff members were very nice. Way better that any of the McDonald's where I live (Tuscaloosa, AL).

I ordered ahead. Went thru the drive thru and people in the outside lane of the drive thru were being taken care of before me. At least one person that showed up after me was taken care of before me. I asked the drive thru worker about it and she said she didn't know. Very incompetent.

I’ve never seen a manager treat staff as badly in front of customers as I have here. Service and wait times aren’t usually too bad, but the way that blond manager treats the service workers is disgusting

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been to quite a few McDonald’s in my time on this earth! Sat in the drive through for 25-30 minutes. Granted it’s 6:30 on a Friday decided that it was no biggie. When we proceed to order the lovely lady at the window got the order incorrect. So I told her it was incorrect and asked to change it she proceeds to argue you with me about what I ordered. I asked for a chicken sandwich somehow she came up with a quarter pounder. I told her the quarter pounder was incorrect she then proceeds to tell me and I quote “I GOT IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME”. Needless to say that wonderful lady should consider a different career path if she can’t handle talking to people normal.
