I’ve never seen a manager treat staff as badly in front of customers as I have here. Service and wait times aren’t usually too bad, but the way that blond manager treats the service workers is disgusting

If I could give it a zero stars I would . First they messed up my order no bacon on my bacon Qp . I'll leave the video for the rest.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been to quite a few McDonald’s in my time on this earth! Sat in the drive through for 25-30 minutes. Granted it’s 6:30 on a Friday decided that it was no biggie. When we proceed to order the lovely lady at the window got the order incorrect. So I told her it was incorrect and asked to change it she proceeds to argue you with me about what I ordered. I asked for a chicken sandwich somehow she came up with a quarter pounder. I told her the quarter pounder was incorrect she then proceeds to tell me and I quote “I GOT IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME”. Needless to say that wonderful lady should consider a different career path if she can’t handle talking to people normal.

The food isn't as good as it used to be. Very sloppy made and just tasted old.

No ice in drink no fries in bag missing gave me wrong drink and wrong food morning service amazing anytime after that your better of going in there and making it yourself

Very slow to take our order. It's really set up for you to use self kiosk which we don't like to do. Not enough help
