Yes my name is Erica Mckinnie I ordered 2 personal pan supreme pizza and I wasn't satisfied so I call pizza hut and talked to the manager on duty Mrs Shae from marianna fl she was very respectful and understanding and she took care of our needs real quick she was helpful and very productive and Professional at every cost so I really appreciate her she needs a raise! She was understood she did a great job

I just picked up my pizza from the drive-through at Pizza Hut and had the pleasure of being helped by Trista. Got the holiday box meal deal tonight and omg never will I eat here again. The bread sticks was so burnt the pizza was dry the crust was extremely hard. But don't worry we didn't even eat it because while waiting on my order I took pictures and video of the cook NOT WEARING ANY GLIOVES!!! HOW IS THIS EVEN SANITARY OR ALLOWED BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT THIS IS WHY SO MANY PROPLE DIE FROM SALMONELLA POISONING, ALLERGIC REACTIONS OR FOOD POISONING DOWN RIGHT DISGUSTING AND I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO PIZZA HUT CORPORATE OFFICE.. DO NOT EAT HERE.. BUT THE LADY WORKING THE FRONT AND CUT TABLE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING..

Please don't order the New York pizza. The crust is terrible. It tastes like a spongey cardboard. We paid 30 dollars for a large pizza. I called and told them how bad it was they offered to make us another but it was going to be with the same crust! I told we would like another one with hand-tossed crust but they didn't offer to do that. So I'm warning everyone don't order the nasty New York Pizza you'll be sorry.

Not sure who prepared my large Pizza Supreme yesterday evening, Oct 18, 2024,but it was the Best Pizza in many years from Pizza Hut, Marianna. You need to keep this guy and give him a raise! Awesome Pizza!
I just came back to Mexico, Bert treated me with great patience like few people do. I really loved attention. Definitely if I pass through Mariana, Florida again, I will try to stop at the same place. Thank you very much Bert, you do know what customer service is. I loved your attitude.

The service my boyfriend got when he went into the store to order food was trash. The lady argued with him instead of giving him the correct order. Also when he received his food it was busted and looked like it was thrown into the box.
