After me liking ruby tuesdays for decades it seems they have removed ham and turkey from the garden bar despite it being even in the menu pictures. No protein except soy beans and bacon bits.

Very disappointed in the service my husband and I sat at our table 20 minutes before the waitress came over to our table she served a family that came in 10 minutes after us then she came over saying sorry for the wait . I will never come back until there are more servers to equal the ratio of customers.

Hostess was arguing with a companion about personal issues. Appetizer arrived after we received our main course, steak was practically raw, sent it back to be cooked, baked potato was burnt, hard, old and cold, butter wouldn't melt. Worst meal I've ever eaten. We have eaten there numerous times and the good was fantastic. This time it was 90.00 dollars wasted. Most of our food went home to our dogs.

If I pay $12.99 for the endless garden bar, at least have some food on it. Everything was almost or all empty. Even the salad dressing was empty. I ordered the crab dip and as I was trying to make my non existent salad, the waiter came to me and told me they were out of crab dip. So I got the shrimp cocktail. Was not one of the better nights to eat here. We usually enjoy eating here but $75.00 was too much for the mess of a salad bar and something I really didn’t enjoy.

The service is very slow, people are at least nice. The food is also extremely slow to get to you and this is the 2nd time in a row that they egregiously messed up an order. First was uncooked pasta and next was cheese only quesadilla instead of with chicken. They were quite bad anyway, barely filled and more bread than anything. Every entree is filled with what they prepare for the salad bar and is generally cheap. Not even close to worth the premium price the restaurant charges trying to pretend to be a middle to higher class place.
