I have eaten at this location twice Ruby. Tuesday’s has the best salad bar hands-down I also tried their salmon, rice pilaf, and zucchini. It is clear now that the food is not really cooked in house but warmed up or finished off there but it’s still tasty. Customer service is excellent! Again I go primarily for the salad bar cannot beat the salad bar so fresh and delicious!

Very poor service this evening. We were seated in the bar area with two other tables with a couple at each table. No one was seated at the bar. The waitress took our order. Tea, water, salad bar, ribs and French fries and an appetizer of chicken tenders. Someone else's food was delivered to us . Then the ribs and fries were delivered later. Asked for ketchup. Bottles felt empty and waitress said she would be right back with some. No chicken stripe came out. When inquiring we were told the waitress forgot to write them on the order but not to worry they would get on them and because of the error the salad bar was on the house. Chicken strips were out in about 10 minutes. At this time we still didn't have ketchup. Had to ask again. Ran out of tea. The waitress refilled the table directly by us never looking to see if our table needed a refill. Had to run her down to ask for tea ,and ketchup AGAIN. Also told her we needed napkins due to eating BBQ ribs. Was only given 1 napkins. Expected better attentive service with only 3 tables being waited on And was still charged for as salad bar.

Everything was good the only thing is they really need to repair tables and chairs and booths all need removing huge ropes and tears in everything kind up puts a bad atmosphere food and service was good

Our server was awesome. She worked the bar and 7 tables, yet she was attentive to each tables needs including keeping our drinks full. There was an issue with my wife's 30-Day Salad Pass, and the manager took my wife's information to get it corrected with headquarters. The food was served promptly, and the sale bar was clean and the food fresh.

The food is reliable, you pretty much know what to expect. Nothing fancy but the salad bar is always well stocked. Friendly service. Only complaint is the decor is super old and outdated. The booths and lamps all need replacing. All the springs are gone in the seating and the lamps are horribly stained.
