I recently visited the Ruby Tuesday at 2171 Post Oak Ln, in Marianna, FL. After a long day traveling and visiting springs in the area I stopped by to grab a drink and a snack. I sat in the somewhat small bar area where the bartender was kept busy. I ordered a couple of drinks and ordered a coconut shrimp appetizer. It was a nice time spent

We enjoyed excellent food and our bartender/server, Nadia, was outstanding. Great service and fantastic personality. We ate there several times and enjoyed the appetizers, enters and desserts. The rest of the staff was aloa very helpful as well. Reccomend getting their app to enjoy free appetizers, desserts and entrees. Great job Nadia, keep up the outstanding work!!

I'm not sure what has happened to this place, but this was the worst experience I've had here. My mom got the special and I got the Philly. Brought the food out and the fries were a joke. It was like a little kids portion. The service was not good either. Kept overlooking our drinks that were empty. Had to flag her down after she came to the table behind me and refilled his 2x. The first time I had the Philly I was pleased. This time it was all a cheesy blob. My mom's burger was pitiful as well. I don't know if Ruby Tuesday changed their procedure or tried to cut money. Not pleased.

After me liking ruby tuesdays for decades it seems they have removed ham and turkey from the garden bar despite it being even in the menu pictures. No protein except soy beans and bacon bits.

Very disappointed in the service my husband and I sat at our table 20 minutes before the waitress came over to our table she served a family that came in 10 minutes after us then she came over saying sorry for the wait . I will never come back until there are more servers to equal the ratio of customers.

Hostess was arguing with a companion about personal issues. Appetizer arrived after we received our main course, steak was practically raw, sent it back to be cooked, baked potato was burnt, hard, old and cold, butter wouldn't melt. Worst meal I've ever eaten. We have eaten there numerous times and the good was fantastic. This time it was 90.00 dollars wasted. Most of our food went home to our dogs.
