I liked the food, but the mayonnaise packs I received were just oil. Every single one I opened (4!) was literally oil. Thank God I had a pack in my console from a different fast food place. Other than that, I would recommend!

Order screen was broken so I couldn’t pay with card. My burger had onions when I asked for none. I asked for catchup, didn’t get any. No napkins in bag. Luckily I had some to clean my hands with after I picked the onions off. But the people were friendly.

We had a bunch of technical difficulties ordering to the point that it took about 10 minutes to even start the order. We ordered mozzarella sticks with cheese sauce, a shake, and a blast. When we got the order, there was no cheese sauce (which we had paid extra for), and no spoon for the blast.

The TV (both button and touchscreen) on our stall was broken and made taking our order impossible (Stall 13). We tried another stall (31) and the staff were unresponsive for so long that the button timed out and stopped working. When we finally got to order, they made the order wrong and left out items, and didn't give us straws.

What the point of online ordering ahead if you still have to wait 30 mins in the stall for them to bring your order.... its fast food, if its going to be anything atleast be fast ***update*** Finally got my smash burger and it was just meat and cheese on a dry bun. No sauce, pickels, or onions.... If the order is going to be late, atleast be correct and worth the money...

I don't know about other people but when I get a cheeseburger I want it to be juicy and taste good, and Sonic turns out some of the best burgers I've ever eaten. I try to get one every other time when I go to town their services okay. Parking is okay and all the drinks are wonderful so take the time when you're in a hurry stop by and order a cheeseburger. I always get the double cuz it's the best and all you got to say is all the way and honey you will get it all the way.
My burger my Bacon it was all burnt . Couldn't even eat it. And I am got was so you want a Free snack after I paid 13 dollars for my food .. this is the second time at this restaurant...

Got a supersonic breakfast burrito with no sausage. Supposed to come with tots, jalapeños, onions and tomatoes as well. Was just egg and cheese with one piece of sausage in each burrito. Which means they overcharged and disrespected my vegetarian diet.
LLet's say it was an accident, then it's incompetence or they're too busy and need staff so get them more, and probably better pay.
If it is on purpose, then it's rude, disrespectful, indicative of a big ego and small other things, and being bad as an employee.

I buy ice cream online for me and my kids but when i got there my kids want food so we order again just two burgers and 3 fries wait ice cream come out but no food so i ask was the food coming to she said yes just to have us waiting for 45 min n no food ice cream melted so i ask can i get a refund on the ice cream he to me yes still have not received my money back i just want my money please
