I buy ice cream online for me and my kids but when i got there my kids want food so we order again just two burgers and 3 fries wait ice cream come out but no food so i ask was the food coming to she said yes just to have us waiting for 45 min n no food ice cream melted so i ask can i get a refund on the ice cream he to me yes still have not received my money back i just want my money please

Prices on the menu boars are not the prices they are charging when ordering. I thought maybe it was reflecting tax but tax was added to the incorrect pricing

The mobile website was very glitchy to place the order and then it would not work when I was trying to check in so I had to tell the workers I was there for my mobile order. Both employees were great, very nice. My burger was good but my fries were not edible. They were so hard and some were burnt.

These people made me wait my entire lunch break just to act like I’d never placed an order. Do not recommend unless you wanna spend 30+ minutes waiting for food. Girl on the intercom could use more training on how to place a customers order.

After placing my order i had to wait for about fifteen minutes to get my food and the food was barely warm and the tater tots were so hard I almost broke a tooth biting into them. I will not be eating here again. I can't afford to lose a tooth trying to eat OVER cooked fast food.

I came to Sonic in Marianna on Friday December 27 at 11:25. I sat and waited on two drinks for damn 30 minutes. Someone needs to do better at this location cause this sonic sucks and I will not be back. Customer service and time management sucks!!

We stopped on the way back to Jacksonville and it was literally the best sonic we've ever had. The waiter was serving all outside alone and was still pleasant and efficient.
Ordered Stall #21 5:58 PM CST on 11/27/24. Got my food at 6:26 PM, after repeatedly trying the red button to get the status of my order and finally just leaning on my horn until the “manager” came out. He went and brought my room-temperature food, sans receipt (and therefore no survey, how convenient).
I told my wife - the world’s biggest fan of Sonic crunchy ice and tots - about it. She told me she goes to the one in Chipley or just does without (we live in Marianna). I agree.
Just close this location and fire the whole crew, starting with the manager, and reopen it when you’ve brought in an experienced manager who can assemble and lead a team.

Wonder what is in the shakes. Poured remains in the sink and found them intact the next day.
Food good but there slushy poor. Order large strawberry slushy Taste like water looked weak and Gross and I had to get them to bring me a drink cause that was Nasty the guy that bring me a drink tells me it’s Portion size that need to ask for Extra I will never buy slushy from Sonic again just go gas station.
