I came in this morning on December 19th at 9 and everything was there from yesterday the lettuce was wilted and the cookies were old and dry and cold with crumbs still in the case she didn’t change the inserts everything was at normal price no discount or anything and as a service worker at wafflehouse it’s standard that we change our sandwich boards and the contents inside the veggies were all half empty it’s just poor management she served it to me as if it was fresh and didn’t even ask me to wait for her to refill with fresh ingredients And I still have the receipt if it’s needed

One of the workers had her hair down. Falling onto her shoulders, not pulled back AT ALL. If they can't follow basic food safety, I don't want to imagine what they got going on in the back. Needless to say we did not eat there.

1 star is being generous. I waited 15 minutes, another lady walked up and called for an employee because everyone was in the back. A short woman finally walks out, washes her hands, slamming the paper towel dispenser lever down, throws the towels away then picks up trash from the floor. She continues to wipe down boards and counters never once speaking. Finally puts on gloves and says “what do you need” needless to say I walked out and won’t ever return to this subway. Horrible guest service and still left hungry.

Signs and online states the store opened at 7:00am. I show up at 7:11 and the lights are off and gate is pulled down.

The guy that was working at 10:30 this morning was amazing to me and my husband and he was so helpful with helping my husband decide what to order and he has great customer service skills we had a great experience!!
First off y'all need to hire folks with good people skills not the punks you have working in there I will not be talked to like that again very disrespectful and to top that off firehouse makes a better sub and way cheaper

I used to LOVE Subway, but THIS PLACE? The manager here is rude and would NOT give me what i wanted on my sub, even when i told him Id pay extra! After my 3rd visit, i finally called the corporate subway and complained. Apparently, this guy (the manager here) privacy owns this store, so there was nothing they could do. If yall are in Marianna, i would HIGHLY SUGGEST going to Firehouse subs, which pretty much right next door. They have much better subs and service anyway. You wont get your moneys worth HERE at this subway location ?
UPDATE: My review above was my experience from a while back, i hear there is a new manager there now. I may try this place again and see if things have changed.

Perhaps if you guys say online you close at 8, you should keep the door open and close at 8 instead of having your employee tell us that “No we’re closed” at 7:20pm. 40 minutes before you close.

Gabby and everyone working there are great! The food was excellent and the store is super clean. We had the tuna sub cut in half and it filled our big appetites. The soda is fresh unlike some fountain soda places. Be there or be square!
