I'm at the Subway in Marianna on Hwy90. Whoever owns this store needs a lot of help on the management side or just shut the place down. Serious neglect. The restaurant is out of roast beef, steak, roast chicken, turkey, all cheese with exception of American and shredded cheddar, paper towels and soap in the bathroom. The worker bees were doing what they could with what they had. Based on reviews, been this way for a while.

I just left there. I never heard of any sub place denying you the ability to toast your sandwich because it's flatbread,that you someone to pay you for, if you ask for it. Even the subway in the Walmart will toast. I know these are franchises, but the actual business says order how you want when you want. You also have the ability to order flatbread toasted. I should get a discount for having to toast my viggie wrap in the air fryer because I didn't get the convenience I paid for. The staff was nice and the place was clean, and that rare with fast food places. I would have given them 5 stars if they weren't out of the non soda fountain drinks, had the veggie patty, and toasted my food like I wanted.

Ordered through the app (mainly to get the deals they offer) and walked inside. Was greeted and asked if ours was the online order. Only one guy was in line. Took over 20 minutes to get 4 sandwiches, despite 2 people behind the counter. Most frustrating was that they would help other people who walked in, and would put ours off to the side.
The staff there is always so nice and patient its always so clean the food always taste good would highly recommended and would even dare to say its the best subway in marianna thank you to the people working at this subway.
