Went to subway this morning and the girl with the orange hair didn’t quite get her name was quick and consistent definitely one of the best people I have seen work at this subway! Keep going girley you got this!

Didn't receive my food, female associate seemed to not be able to help and was in a bad mood,terrible service once i showed that i placed the order and showed i had been charged they couldn't refund me and they wouldn't make my food this part being the managers fault since they were on the phone and relayed to the worker to not make it, the manager wouldn't allow the food i ordered to be made manager said since it didn't go through online though my bank and the app says it did and I showed proof of that to the associate that was on staff who also seemed to not understand there was no one other then me in the store iv ordered her a few times usually its fine but idk today they robbed me edit the made my food an hour later ridiculous

Needs new management Manager is rude and sarcastic. Manager lets store run out of gift cards so customer can’t order online for an online only special when customer only has cash. Manager won’t let customer finish speaking before interrupting and when told I’ll call corporate because all she has is excuses she replies “That’s fine’ sarcastically. No wonder there are so many other bad reviews.

Bread so soggy it fell apart opening the wrapper, cheese almost completely not melted. Ridiculous.

I did an online order. I didn’t get the Bread I ordered, it came in stale white bread, it wasn’t toasted as requested, and it didn’t have the sauces on it that I also ordered. I tried calling the store a few times but no answer. This place SUCKS!

I'm at the Subway in Marianna on Hwy90. Whoever owns this store needs a lot of help on the management side or just shut the place down. Serious neglect. The restaurant is out of roast beef, steak, roast chicken, turkey, all cheese with exception of American and shredded cheddar, paper towels and soap in the bathroom. The worker bees were doing what they could with what they had. Based on reviews, been this way for a while.

I just left there. I never heard of any sub place denying you the ability to toast your sandwich because it's flatbread,that you someone to pay you for, if you ask for it. Even the subway in the Walmart will toast. I know these are franchises, but the actual business says order how you want when you want. You also have the ability to order flatbread toasted. I should get a discount for having to toast my viggie wrap in the air fryer because I didn't get the convenience I paid for. The staff was nice and the place was clean, and that rare with fast food places. I would have given them 5 stars if they weren't out of the non soda fountain drinks, had the veggie patty, and toasted my food like I wanted.
