The cook last night 2/09/26 make us some delicious food! The service with decent but one of the servers kind of upset me a bit by leading his butt up against the table while we were eating. He seemed to be new which I tried to be understanding but still, not cool. Other than that, the food was yummy! Hats off to the cook who was also our server! He was quick and made delicious food. Waffle House give that man a raise! 😊

I’ve been to a lot of Waffle Houses, and the Waffle House at 4201 Lafayette Street in Marianna Florida is in a category all its own. This was my second visit, and once again it felt like a completely different experience than any other Waffle House I’ve ever been to. The employees clearly take pride in both their appearance and their behavior. The restaurant is squeaky clean, calm, and runs like a well-oiled machine. Even when it was busy, no one appeared rushed or stressed, yet orders came out faster than I’ve ever seen. It was efficient without feeling chaotic. What stood out most was the atmosphere among the staff. Everyone genuinely seemed happy to be there, working together as a true team. That kind of energy is rare and immediately noticeable as a customer. Jean deserves special recognition. She was an absolute charm on both visits. According to her name tag, she has served over 300,000 customers, which is impressive on its own. On my first visit, I was told she’s been with Waffle House since 1997 and has been at this location since it opened in 2009. Her experience shows in every interaction, and she is clearly a huge part of what makes this location exceptional. If all Waffle Houses were run like this one, the brand would be unbeatable. This location sets the bar.

Could not be more impressed with our experience tonight. Mishpa was our waitress and Cody was the cook. That’s all there was. We brought a group of 25 youth group kids to eat and we filled the entire restaurant. The service and food was exceptional. They both had the most polite and effervescent attitudes. Not only that, the food came out very quickly considering they had to cook for over 25 people all at once. I could not be more impressed with them and their service. We need more people like Mishpa and Cody in this world!

This was the best spot for our family breakfast! Nothing but friendly employees and welcoming environment!! They were very nice and a pleasure to be around! They make us feel very welcome and knew the regulars names. The food was great! My kids actually ate pretty much everything! Cooked to perfection!

Good food, nice staff, clean restrooms! A little cold so bring a jacket.
This morning the food was not like the usual, the Philly was not good, dry and no onions, grits were plain and I asked for extra cheese and they put a slice on it. Plain and nasty. The workers only wanted to entertain the young boys it seemed. The price was way to high for the food. Over $50 with tip for 3. It was also loud and entertained by young ones.

Waiting over 30 mins for an all star breakfast they forgot the waffle food was cold forgot the chocolate chips on the waffle once finally got it toast was soggy bacon was undercooked 20$ for the garbage also, they weren’t busy only one table was full and there was three cooks
